Someone hacked into my Zoom account, changed the email and then immediately after bought $**** worth of Zoom licenses. Zoom customer chat and phone support have told me this has been escalated but its been multiple days since I spoke with them and nothing has been done and nobody has contacted me. This is not an insignificant amount of money that is now charged to my card.Business response

We had a Zoom Pro account at $14.99 per month that was current. On July 10th we went to login to start our meeting to find out our account no longer existed. When we checked to verify the account was current, it was, we discovered 2 extra and excessive charges on our credit card. ********* and the other for $45.64. Zoom has no reasonable means for me to contact them. I finally discovered how to turn in a ticket but have had no response. We spoke to the credit card company and they are investigating, it still shows that we owe zoom thousands of dollars. Pleas help.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 17, 2021/08/14) */ We were finally able to reach Zoom.us. They were of minimal help but they just returned the money on August 11th. It still appears that it was a glitch on their end, but with no real way to discus it with them it took extreme measures on our end to get their attention. Thank you very much for your assistance. We are good now.
