    My truck needed a new clutch installed. I ordered the part and brought the truck to Capistrano tire and brake for the clutch to be installed. The mechanics and service writer agreed to installing the clutch and they could have it done in a day, January 27th 2022. After receiving the truck I left for a road trip several days on Feb 3rd 2022. On my road trip the exhaust brake locked shut on a grade cause the turbo to over heat and become damaged while trying to get off the grade onto a safe place. After inspection, when the transmission was reinstalled the air and electrical lines for the exhaust brake where against the exhaust line. I informed Capistrano tire and brake of the incident and the cost of a new turbo, let alone the tow I had to pay for, they responded with it's not there fault and they will not be responsible, but they would contact the owner. After a week the owner "did and investigation" and determined it was not there fault but they would give me $600. The owner never called me, never asked to see the photos or the damage. I explained I'm over $3,000 in damages, the mechanic told me all they are willing to do is $600. I'm very disappointed in the owner for never contacting me or asking how we can fix the problem. I will not be taking my vehicles to this local shop again.

    I took it for a diagnostic and told me it was the battery so I replaced it with a new one I also changed the battery to the car key because they said that it didn't recognize the car key .then they gave me a phone number to a lock ***** which he charged me 110 and didn't fix the issue .before that I had asked the manager if that was the problem he confirmed twice with Me stating that that was the issue .I went back to asked them why he charged me ****** dollars for a diagnostic that wasn't even accurate I tried asking them for my money back or to fix the issue and he said that was my problem.

    Bought a new set of tires for my car, after installing I found out by another tire shot that they had strip 4 out of 5 holes on my passenger side hub. I had to have another tire correct the damage. Cost me additional **** dollars. Went back to original tire asking for them to reimburse my expenses. They said *** us and thar what I am doing. Unprofessional, not accountable, would not use this tire shop!!!!
