    I ordered a cell phone case through a company I saw on **** and the case is still pending in ** where it started from. It keeps telling me that **** will give me delivery date as soon as it gets the package but it's so far has not received the package and I ordered it on August 14th it is now August 17th and it has not moved locations. Seems a little sketchy to me. I contacted the seller and told him and he said he would happily refund my money if the package was lost. I think this is very unprofessional and when I looked up *************** it tells me that there's one employee so that's even more sketchy to me. It's coming should be taken down it's literally rubbing customers of the things they buy

    I purchased postage stamps from a company called **** Stamps that I found on ********* I placed the order on 6/5/23 for $97.90. On 6/5/23 I received an email confirming my order from ******************** and my credit card was charged on 6/6/23. I was able to check my order status and given a tracking number. However I noticed the tracking information has not changed since 6/9/23, with the package in Jamaica, ** at a "shipping partner facility". I emailed the company yesterday and received a response that seemed strange. Today, I can no longer get onto the website link in my confirmation email. I went back on ******** and see there are still ads from this company but now it is called **** postcard and the website was changed a few days ago from "******.shop" to "leppertcuspost.com". This new website does not recognize my order number. when I called the contact number on ******** -************** - it is a personal cell phone number. when I look up the tracking number on the ****.com it says the shipping partner is BFE ******************** which has a poor rating and alot of complaints. I am attaching my order confirmation, my correspondence with ******************** and my tracking information from the US postal services tracking page. I would like my money refunded and some guidance on any other action I should take. Thank you .

    I ordered what I thought was a Robotic vacuum for our swimming pool for $49.00 and what I got was a horrible piece of costume jewelry that probably cost less than $5.00. I never received a tracking #, and finally was able to reach out to them through ******** messenger with the confirmation number I was given. The return message I was given was asking for my email address and they stated they would look it up for me but never did. Then when it finally arrives its not a pool vacuum at all its a fake necklace.

    I mase a purchase on 12/2/2022. I have not received the item and it was $*****. The order claims it has shipped but there is no tracking number available and when I tried to contact the online store I bought it from, the website is no longer a website. This means I am out the ***** and there is oddly no shipping charge. I did verify the shipping address was correct. The store was called The Briline.
