    On December 4, 2024 I, **** ******* placed an online order (HBTQH00723207) for 4 SHIRTS with **************************. At that time, the website advertised that my package would be delivered between the dates of 12-7-24 and 12-13-24. It should be noted that my purpose of filing this written complaint is based on FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/MISLEADING INFORMATION by ************************** posted on their website at the time of purchase. I placed my order with expectation of receiving my purchase between the dates of 12-7-24 and 12-13-24, as ADVERTISED on **************************. On 12-7-24, I conveniently received a tracking update from **************************, indicating that my package would now arrive on 12-22-24. Additionally, ************************** advised that one of the shirts I ordered, was now on backorder, or "in process", with no expected delivery date given. Please be advised that when placing the order all items were advertised as, "in stock" and would be delivered as ADVERTISED. Today's date is 12-23-24 and my package has not been received, as ADVERTISED, and ************************** just advised that it SHOULD be delivered today.

    I placed order and my items have not been received. It is over a month. I was told 1 of the 2 was delivered already to a wrong address. My order has my correct address but they (the vendor) eliminated one of the numbers to deliver to a house that does not exist. I am not sure where this shirt ended up. The 2nd shirt supposedly is in transit.I keep asking for status and do not get straight answers. I am now being told both items will be returned to them and then they will issue a credit. Their shipping website they forward you to is horrible and makes no sense. I want my credit now. It is not my fault the 1st shirt was misdelivered and also not my fault my 2nd shirt appears lost. They have my money and I have nothing.

    My initial was placed on September 12, 2024 to Hardaddy for 9 Hawaiian men's shirts for a total of $40.91. On 9/20/24 I sent an email to customer service at ******************** to ask about my order. Was told it takes awhile for the shipment to arrive. After 32.5 days in transit it says that it was delivered. Where did it get delivered? Not to my address or my mailbox. This is a scam there is no way a purchase takes 32.5 days. So they issued a reshipment. Please be assured that we have urged our carriers to expedite the shipment of your order. You can also find out the latest status of your package through the following information: Tracking Number: AMS206353125YQ Tracking Website:******************************************************. OK the second shipment says it was delivered but I do not know where it was delivered. I'm done at this point.Please issue me a full refund because you failed for the second time to get me my ordered ******** more attempts, just a full refund please. Have been waiting since contacting service to issue me a full refund.

    Paid for faster shipping at time is purchase. Receipt does not show it And tracking shows they shipped it the slowest cheapest way possible. Not what I paid extra for

    Charged me for merchandise without providing any. Very dishonest with information, including promising a 100% refund and then only making a partial refund. Use what appears to be a self-run tracking site. Refused to identify the agent responsible for US-side shipping. Cannot prove they ever sent anything at all.Sadly, when I searched the net for more info, I found identical stories on more than a couple of sites, incl BBB, TrustPilot, and Reddit.

    I orderded products off their website. They sent me tracking information on July 15th. I kept an eye on the tracking and it showed delivered, but I never received it. After informing them, they told me they reshipped it and provided new tracking. That tracking showed as delivered a few days later, but I never received it. After informing them again, they said they couldn't control the pistal service and offered a partial refund only. I informed them I needed a full refund and they ended up agreeing. I still have not aeen it.

    This site is a scam (***********************************) they say they send items to you and send you a fraud website to follow tracking, It happened on two occasions. Both times I said the site says delivery but there was no delivery and there response was that they are having issues delivering but show delivery and they can not do anything about it as they are having issues with the shipper. I asked for a full refund and they are offering 70%, and it will probably be nothing because they have yet to respond in weeks.     I ordered 2 shirts on July 17. They did not arrive for the event that I needed them. I requested a refund on August 3rd. The tracking number I submitted below states that they were delivered on August 14th, but they were not. The email responses I keep getting only state that there is a ***** day window for refunds. We are past that window, and I still do not have a refund.

    In early July 2024 I made a large order for shirts on sale. The company shipped the order from ***** and provided tracking info. It took a month and was supposedly delivered. It wasnt. They did not seem to use a standard carrier. When notified of the lack of delivery the company promised an expedited replacement. Never received it. I confronted them and it turned out they never sent it. Then they told me they would refund my money but only 70%. Because they had a loss too. I have never had a company lie to me and then s**** me out of a full refund. It is horrible customer service and the lying is despicable.
