    HORRIBLE experience. It has taken me almost 3 months to receive a refund on my original order. I ordered a size 8 pair of boots which were too big. I exchanged for a 7.5, which were too small somehow. I then requested a refund of the 7.5s. ZERO communication. NO REFUND YET (3 weeks after the boots had been returned to their returns team - WITH CONFIRMATION of the return). I finally got through to their customer success team, who then told me they don't refund SALES TAX... which is nowhere in their refund policy. What is this company!?

    Zero customer service.... i have been attempting to get a warranty filed since November 2024... it is now February 2025. I have filed online, contacted them through ********, and been left on hold via thier customer service number. I have recieved zero responses from anyone on thier end.

    My mom got bought me a pair of boots for Christmas on December 1st. It's almost 2 months later and I have had the WORST experience with customer service, if I should even say they have customer service. I have been on hold for hours just to be disconnected.I sent my exchange back almost immediately with no response or updates. I am about ready to have my mom call the credit card company and say this company is FRAUD.

    I purchased a pair of boots online directly with Ariat. When I received them I didn't like the color and wanted to exchange them. Really long story short, I tried to contact customer service numerous times, both by phone and email. I never received a response by email and was on hold for more than 2 hours between 4 attempts to reach them by phone. I was never able to speak to a customer service representative. The website clearly states that to exchange you must contact customer service. Impossible. I decided to try to return the boots for a refund using their website portal. Finding it impossible to exchange the boots I decided to return them. After inputting my order number he Ariat site states my boots are not eligible to return for a refund, even though I was well within the 90 day return policy. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots I suppose I will have to learn to love. II used to love Ariat boots. They are comfortable, well made and do the job of keeping my feet dry. I will never buy online from them again. I may not even buy Ariat at a local shop. This experience has soured me against the company. There are plenty of other boot manufacturers out there.

    The customer service is terrible! I've been trying to get an answer on order#******** which was placed on Dec 17th for cowboy boots. I'm being told there's a problem on 'the back end' and a supervisor or manager will call me back. I've yet to receive a response. At this point, I have re-ordered the boots (it was a Christmas gift). The boots were shipped and received as one would expect. Zero problems with this order. However, my credit card has been charge for the original order mentioned above and I need a credit. The original order must be cancelled at this point. I need help!!!

    Ariat is the absolute worst. Purchased a pair of their fat bottom boots for almost $250 for my wife. They claim they have a 1 year warranty to replace them if the boots aren't made in decent quality. She wore them 3 times and the boots came apart in half due to horrible sewing. Complete JUNK. Called their so called *************************** in regards to a warranty replacement, was told they would happily replace them and I would receive an Email from them within 2 days to advise me what to do next, guess what nobody from Ariat has contacted me since. What a joke. I will be pursuing this matter when if I have to file legal action in my local small claims court, sure it's only $250 they ripped me off but at least I can make them spend a lot more in court if I have to. Shame on you Ariat for treating your Customers like this. Took my wife to buy her a pair of ****** Boots last week and they are much better, better quality, they havent fell apart in half like Ariat. I will post these horrible reviews everywhere I can, maybe losing your customers will be an eye opener. Made in ***** Trash...

    This company is absolutly horrible. I ordered an EGift card on 12/31/24. Callled 1/1/25 because it had not been received yet. Was told it was still In process. Today, 1/6/25 still hasnt been received. Tried to call within their business hours and got a message saying they were closed. Will be calling my credit card company in the morning to report fraud on them. Would hate to think how long it would take if something actually had to be shipped.

    If I could leave a 0 for this company I would! Beware as I feel like they scam people. I ordered and 3 weeks later still no order. They took the money out of my checking which they had for 3 weeks. They stopped responding to emails.

    Christmas 2024: We ordered a pair of boots. When the package arrived the outside of the box was labelled correctly but the boots inside the box were the wrong style and size. We returned the boots immediately and requested an exchange. We got email confirmation that Ariat received the return on 12/11. We have received no further communication. There is NO ANSWER at the help service by phone, chat or email. Has our ****** been stolen?
