On December 23, 2021 I purchased a hybrid battery which was supposed to have a lifetime warranty and when the battery failed when I called back they said that they didn’t have any information on me. I showed them the invoice they said that I would need to send them a diagnostics check which I did and then somebody called me from another number saying that they can’t find me in the system, they kept giving me the runaround. Meanwhile, my car has been down for two weeks and I did some investigating and found out that Hybrid2go is owners are associated with lifetime hybrid battery as well and there are many complaints. All One has to do is look on the reviews on Google and the complaint board , I’ll use these next two complaints I found on the complaint board as an example ****** J. 0 1 3 days ago this company is down right awful, trying to have them stand by their lifetime war is a complete joke. the owner argued me and argued me so they wouldn't have to honor it since my EV from them didn't last 2 years. sent txts to his scheduler for weeks and still after months no reply or even attempt to make things right. This company is a scam and if your EV goes out do everything on your power and good conscience to use any other EV replacement company if you actually want your car to stay on the road. don't believe the other reviews this place is a scam and will leave you hopeless and out of a bunch of money if you choose them. Do what I wish I did the first time and use greenbean, the difference was astonishing to see how a real company operate. Greenbean had my car fixed before the end of the week after I called. so please take your hard earned money elsewhere hybrid2go will ruin your car. Chris L. 232 50 22 9 months ago MUST READ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE! I'm glad I did not do business with this company. I called **** on Friday morning and told him I'm going out of town Saturday and it was urgent to have my car by the afternoon. He said he could have my car ready to go by 2pm to hook me knowing that was not possible. I had full confidence in Hybrid2go and didn't bother calling another shop that same Friday. At first I thought cool this company is giving me a lifetime warranty and gave me a promo discount. I called Friday evening to confirm my Saturday appointment and they said the tech would contact me. I left to work Saturday and left my Prius at home ready for them to work on it. I never got any updates so started to get concerned because I was planning to take my urgent road trip to see my family. I called them several times and text. Finally the tech contacted me and said he can do my car at 8pm. That definitely would not work for my plans. Long story short they are not reliable and I found a shop in Long Beach called Mo's Hybrid. They got me on my way in 45 minutes and they did it $700 cheaper than Hybrid 2go. Knowing what I experienced I wouldn't have faith in their "lifetime warranty" you can read my conversations with them in the pictures attached to this review. By the way the tech was more professional than the owner. **** you can learn a few things from your tech when it comes to customer service. Own up to your mistake instead of giving me attitude.
