            My husband just had a total knee replacement. The doctor ordered one of RomTechs bikes for him to use for rehabbing. He was to start to use it within 48 hours of discharge. His discharge date was postponed one day because of post surgical problems. He was released 2 days postoperatively. He left the hospital the afternoon of the second day. He came home ate and slept. He went to use the bike at 9 PM on his discharge day. The bike didn’t work. I called RomTech and left a message. They returned the call the following morning at 5 AM. They said it didn’t matter that his discharge date was changed and that they were coming to take the bike. We called the doctor but they were unable to change RomTechs mind. This bike was to be used for rehabilitation. That is the purpose of it. What an awful thing to make a person go out to a rehab center after such a major surgery when the could have had rehabilitation at home. Their office is on the East coast and we are in Arizona. They did not take this into consideration either.
