    Great replacement for the Battery of my Macbook Pro. The replacement went well w/ no issues.
    Thank you for the great product and follow-up.
    At first, when placing the order, I made sure the correct address was submitted for shipping. However, the address update did not occur from the ordering portal, and the product was delivered to my old address. After further communication IFixIt assured me they took care of the address update, but I still, am not able to log in and see whether that has been done correctly or else.
    In the end, I managed to retrieve my product that was delivered to the wrong address.

    The sticks themselves work great! Just like factory. I only wish that they would come with replacement screws. I have been unable to find the screws anywhere. I have one that is stripped and would like to have New ones.

    Replacement screen and included tools were exactly what I needed. Using their step by step guide, I was able to replace my broken phone screen in less time than it would have taken to find and get to a repair store. iFixit ended up saving me both time and money. Definitely recommend their products!

    Love the product! Easy to follow instructions.
    I just wish Apple (and other companies) would get their head out of their a** and not limit my ownership of a product. Since the fix was completed I have a permanent message in settings that says “unknown part”. I’ve replaced screens before, it’s not difficult and nothing was damaged or done incorrectly. The new screen works perfectly. If Apple wants to keep track of a maintenance history, fine, but don’t go making an unremovable notification saying the part is insufficient when it’s not!

    Love it. Absolutely have no complaints. It was definitely one of the smoothest installs I've had in a while, and I'm so glad I chose to spend a bit more instead of crossing my fingers on a dodgy amazon battery for my iPhone X. I made this mistake buying a 16-dollar eBay battery and it was half the capacity of the original, even though it said it was the same. Now I keep looking at my phone's battery percentage in disbelief and it puts a smile on my face and has made my life a lot easier again. Thank you iFixit, you goated fr fr.

    Good packaging. The battery seemed safe and secure. Even have anti-static bag and a card explaining how to "train" the battery.
