For physical therapy services received by Movement For Life at **** * **** ****** Rd [###-###-####] on Oct 23, 2023 I was later charged $94 six months later (April 2024) due to an error by that office in their billing / deductibles assessments as confirmed by my insurance (Premera). The front office manager "B*******" from the above Tucson address stated that a new plan was in place and "I guess it wasn't posted" -- this ambiguity and lack of confirmation on behalf of a billing front desk does not seem fair, especially to the consumer. There are further discrepancies that seem unfair. I also visited Movement for Life in Arizona on October 31, 2023 and November 7, 2023 and from both occasions was later charged an additional $97.60 in mid December 2023 apparently due to similar lack of confirmation between Movement for Life and my insurance. It does not seem reasonable to provide consumers indications that their bills are settled upon paying a deductible and leaving the physical office and then to receive multiple bills several months later. This practice of being potentially liable to unlimited bills several months' after services received should likely be addressed. Note: in the above attachment, the Movement for life address is listed in San Luis Obispo, but the physical services were in Tucson, AZ.
