    My daughter recently developed a cough. I took her to the doctor and the doctor didn’t think it was contagious as she does not have any other symptoms. Doctor thinks it’s due to the mold at her fathers previous address. When I lived at **** ********** *** **** *, Grover Beach, CA, 93433. There were a number of issues that we complained about but were never resolved. Most notably there were mushrooms growing out of the front door. Each time I contacted the company they’d say they can’t get a contractor “out here”. The company is located in Los Osos. We contacted the company as well as Tim, the property manager/maintenance man next door and he shared that he couldn’t get an update from the company either. There was mold in the restroom, leaks from upstairs that were never looked at again, mold on the windowsill in my daughters room. My daughters room had a crack in the window that was also never replaced. On January 1st, my ex husband moved out and he only got a portion of the deposit back because he broke the lease but they also charged a cleaning fee. My issue with this, is that that apartment was FILTHY when we moved in. This entire apartment needs major repairs and tenants need to be listened to. How is a company going to raise rent every year but NEVER repair anything.

    I rented a shop for this property management and they are horrible they are liers and trying to keep my deposit money for trash that was not mine and because their cleaning lady's blocked the trash truck from dumping the dumpster I could not throw my trash out other people where moving out to and they could not throw their trash out either they are charging me 500.00 and for more days that I was not there this is way wrong look at reviews on Google I am not the only person they have done this to they have not provided any recites to show how they can keep my whole deposit I guess they don't mind going to court over this madder

    the place wants to keep a 800.00 deposit we moved out of the shop by the fourth of july and they want to keep our deposit we fixed the leaking roof and put in a working sink in the shared bathroom and they are trying to keep the 800.00. first of all we had to move up because why ? i dont really know we always paid the rent on time and made improvements to this place but we left when we really shouldnt of had to and they want to keep our deposit of 800.00 we also painted the walls as well. left it in way better then how we got it thats for sure..
