I bought a pair of shoes from LeftLane at the end of 2020. Unfortunately they did not fit and they didn't have the next size up, so I had to return them and receive store credit. After that it was rare to find any shoe on their website in my size. Selection was extremely limited. I continued to periodically check their website to use my credit, but then they shut down. I would like a refund of the money they kept from my returned purchase.Initial Complaint

Hello - I purchased a travel voucher through LLS and the company never received the payment. I need to know how to go about getting my money back at this point. I find it unacceptable that a company files bankruptcy and doesn't tell any of their customers that have paid them for a service.Initial Complaint

I purchased items from Leftlanesports.com in 2022 that were returned for store credit. When I attempted to redeem the store credit I learned that Leftlanesports.com went out of business. I did not receive prior notice via email, mail or phone alerting me to the risk to my credit. I should be refunded. I've enclosed a copy of an email from Leftlanesports.com confirming that credit was applied to my account for returned items.Initial Complaint

As of December 2022, TheClymb.com is owned and operated by a brand new
entity who purchased the assets for the parent company of Left Lane
Sports and TheClymb.com. For those of you unfamiliar with general
assignments, or ABCs, the process is similar to a sale and wind-down
process administered under Chapter 7 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code. What if I have a credit or an unissued refund from the old entity? The Assignee is in charge of handling that. Please see the attached document for instructions.

Ms. H*****,
I apologize, but we don't have an answer for that question. We are an entirely new company and have nothing to do with the previous owners and their business dealings. I've attached a document that provides the form you would need to fill out to make a claim. This form has the address of the Restructuring company. You may be able to write them and ask for more information. Again, we aren't involved with this matter and have no knowledge of how these things are being handled.

I had purchased a pair of shoes and shorts from Active GearUp by Left Lane Sports in July of 2022. I went through the return process as I have done in the past before and requested a credit to my account since I shop at the web site pretty frequently. However, this time, I did not get my credit. I have emailed them multiple times since Aug. 2022, the date they said they received my return, but I have only got a standard email reply saying they are working on processing the return and will get back to me shortly. Today, 1/7/2023, I tried to go to Active.gearup.com and the site is down. When I go to LeftLane Sports, that directs me to a new website www.theclymb.com. I'm guess, they changed the company name and decided to not process any returns.Business Response

I purchased a trip through LeftLane Sports which was cancelled by the provider. I received store credit for $3498 in September, 2022 but now the company has filed for bankruptcy. They don't answer emails or phones. They won't fill orders. They have $3498 of my money and I have not received anything for it.Business Response

I ordered 2 pair of shorts from Leftlane Sports end of July, items shipped 8/5/22, order # 2****26. Received both items but one pair was too large and requested a return authorization for credit. On 8/10/22 Leftlane Sports approved the return request, RMA #225071 and items was returned. However no credit was issued. I sent emails on 9/11, 9/29, and they acknowledged receiving the return but "due to COVID-19 safety precautions return processing may be delayed." Emailed them last on 11/3 and they replied "We will get back to you shortly." I have not received any further emails or correspondence from Leftlane Sports. Shorts were $34.29. This is a small amount but I believe they are still accountable.Business Response

I placed an order for several items with LeftLane Sports on 8/28/2022. I received my items on 9/12/2022. One of the items in the order was not the shirt that I had ordered. I sent them an email and they sent a return authorization and UPS shipping label. I was told that my credit card would be refunded since they made the error. It has now been 2.5 months since my return was delivered to their facility. UPS tracking shows the shirt was delivered on 9/19/2022 at 9:19 am. I have emailed several times with no response. I have tried calling and they have a message that says nobody is available to take my call.
