            I purchased a differential cover online from them. I placed the order Saturday morning and only received the normal email reply saying they would update me when it shipped. I found the same part locally that same day and cancelled my order that same afternoon. Tuesday morning I received an email notification with tracking information. It showed up an hour later, 3 days after I cancelled my order. When I contacted them to ask why it was sent after I requested the order cancelled on Saturday, I was told I would need to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I got them to remove the restocking fee but they still are making me pay shipping. I feel it is not my problem they didn't check their email until Monday and I shouldn't be penalized for their lack of internal communication.

            Do not buy torque converters from Holly performance that are b&m they do not work for a 350 turbo I guess they don't know how to measure the pump shaft over $120 in gas to prove that they're parts are defective
