    My daughter attended the gym in *********- to say the lack of organization and professionalism is an understatement. For such a sought out gym, we have had the worst experience. The way these coaches talk to their athletes cussing at them on and off the mats, degrading them in front of their peers and keeping my HS school student at practice until 2 am was completely unacceptable. It was so bad athletes dropped like flies during the comp season due to the stress and the toll it was taking on their mental health. We paid all our fees in full which included comp fees, monthly tuition and swag for worlds. We have been trying to get ahold of the gym since March 15th regarding our refund which is well over $1250. We have sent countless emails and phone calls with no response. Wed just like some acknowledgment and our refund so we can close this chapter behind us. I want to avoid legal action but it looks like its the next step.
