      Unfortunately, we join the dozens of people who purchased what they expected to be a high quality product only to find that the representations made are patently false. Not only do we have defective furniture, we cannot get the common courtesy of a telephone call back to access the warranty. Warning- if you express any dissatisfaction with rude and uncalled for behavior of employees, you will be met with name calling, disrespect, and a sudden change of their policies such that you do not have recourse through your credit card company. You are expected to pay via cash and hope and pray they actually call and service the furniture. I dont trust them as it took over two months and multiple messages to even receive an acknowledgment of our messages. I have tried to contact the CEO since the very unprofessional manager told me they did not have a supervisor to report to and basically said he was at liberty to be unprofessional if he wanted to. To date, despite several requests, Mr. *** *****, CEO, ignores telephone and email messages left in an attempt to work out a satisfactory resolution. I would literally recommend buying from *anywhere* other than this store- our second couch from Living Spaces was a fraction of the price and we have excellent customer service from them. ********************** will never again earn our business and I wish we read the reviews of their company before buying- beware and buy elsewhere.
