      We purchased a Platinum timeshare from Welks Resort group in 9/2018 and our salesman was ***********************. We paid $15,118.00 for the ownership and title, and have paid our bi annual dues of $1,190.00 every other year since then. We were promised by our salesman that we would be able to book extremely extravagent properties all over the world and that the properties would be available 24/7 to be booked. However, when we got our bi annual points of *******, we found out that not only is it extremely hard to book properties because everything if booked months to years in advance, but the properties available by Welks and RCI (whom they trade with), are not even remotely comparable to the photos and videos that we were shown at the timeshare presentation. We were completely mislead and and lied to with false advertising. We have used the timeshare only once, and left the property early because of how bad it was. We are demanding a full refund.

      We are demanding a full refund to return the property and title of the timeshare along with all of our points back to the company. We have been absolutely deceived on what types of vacation properties we are able to book and when we would be able to book them. There are not a lot of properties that are even tolerable or in decent shape that are available at any given time. Our sales representative completely lied to us saying that we would be able to stay in extremely luxurious destination locations, several times a year. Giving people 7 days to review it and cancel the contract is ridiculous and completely deceiving, knowing that people don't even have the chance to experience the timeshare first. We took so long to return the product because we continued to wait to see if there were any good properties out there that we could book with our points. We tried one timeshare only and it was absolutely horrifying and we will never use this service again. This timeshare is a complete scam and everyone should be warned to not ever buy into this or listen to the sales representatives. You are stealing people's hard earned money and promising them something that you do not even offer. We even got sold on upgrading our membership because of the FALSE promises to travel to extremely luxurious places, which is not offered and not even real on your own website. I DO NOT accept your letter or your offer, and we demand a full refund. I will be contacting an attorney if this does not get resolved. We do not want this timeshare and wish we never got scammed in the first place.

       Stating that you simply do not accept return time shares does not resolve our problem. It is asinine and completely corrupt to state in your contract that we only have a limited amount of days to return the product, without even having the chance to sample what we purchased. We are still demanding a refund in full and absolutely do not want anything to do with this timeshare. We do not want to keep this timeshare and want to have no part in ownership in this as well. If this is not resolved we will be hiring an attorney to handle this for us. We were completely scammed by your false advertisements and demand we be refunded. If what you have stated in your letter were true then the company would not have had a successful lawsuit that refunded the owners before 2016. Your practices are completely immoral and there is no way we will ever be using your services again.

      I am trying to get a response from **** resorts, I sent a letter out 8 weeks ago stating I wanted to cancel my timeshare with them. They refuse to answer my letter and it is very frustrating. I was told to file with you guys and that you guys would be able to help me get a response from them. Please help me!

      trying to drop name off a title due to divorce so I can sell timeshare. I have sent certified paperwork to company and paid all required fees. They stated it would ***********-8 weeks it's been over 3 months and I can't sell due to not having finished title work. I call several departments no answer, left messages no response, sent emails with no response or updates. Basically I don't know if company is still functioning.

      I am a **** Resort owner. On no less than 3 separate occasions I was told I could use my points and pay $299 to their ************************** and get a week at an Over the Water Bungalow in the Caribbean; this was false. Using the website and special number I was given based on my ownership level I discovered it would actually cost me close to $9000.00 and points for a week! I looked up the reservation fee of the resort without using a Timeshare Exchange and I would have only saved around $1000.00. At most of the 'Owner Updates' I've attended I've been pressured to upgrade. I let the allure of the incorrectly advertised Over the Water Bungalows draw me in, but it was false advertisement.
