    Mailed three gold molar crowns for processing and expecting payment back for the gold. Mailed in envelope business provided to **************** for such services. Mailed the crowns in January, 2022 and have yet to receive payment. Called phone number and left a message and no call back. Tried phone number of ************ and the person answering just hung up on me. I feel this business is acting in bad faith and scamming people out of money. I want either my three molar gold crowns returned or the proceeds from the gold.

    They called me on 7/18/22 and could not located my three gold crowns or any payment sent. Did not resolve the issue I sent them the three gold molar crowns for processing and money for the gold to be sent to me.

    This gentleman call on July 17 I spoke with him on about the 19th of July. I explained to him that if we had received something he would have received some response from us. He told me he thought he sent it in sometime between Dec 2021 and March 2022. I explained that we scan everything we receive, and that we receive hundreds each week, but that I would have someone review the scans to see if somehow we missed issuing his check.
    Before I could finish the review I received his complaints. Upon completing the review, I came to the conclusion that we had not received his shipment. I, also mentioned to him that over the years there have been a few shipments that arrived 6 months late.
    I am still willing to try and accommodate this gentleman.

    I doubt the **** lost the envelope mailed. So it was mishandled somewhere. So I am out three gold crowns and their monetary worth. Not happy.

    I understand you frustration, and your choice not to believe our side of the story. Occasionally things do get lost in the mail. I, again, searched through our files and have found nothing I can associate with your shipment.

    However, I would like to settle with you. On the high end pricing you would be due around $130.00. Why, as you accused us of stealing it, would I risk business for so small an amount?

    Once I have you address I will send you a check.
