1 starI began the process of signing up for this company on may 1st. I paid $20 for a medical consultation fee and I called right before I paid it and was assured by their customer service the entire process would take **** including shipping time. Its currently June 10th and I still have not received anything in regards to my concerns or anything for that matter. The time frame has changed so many times since Ive began this process its ridiculous. I havent been reached out to by my multiple attempts to contact their customer service team through texts and emails. The only thing I have received from their company was an automated text saying my card was declined. Im not giving them any money as long as my concerns go unaddressed. I have contacted their customer service department requesting a refund of my $20 as I was told I would receive my package within the **** window. I was also told if whatever reason I am unable to receive my order I would be refunded so I am expecting that. I also was told I would talk directly to the medical profession and I have yet to be able to do that. I felt as if this company was a scam to begin with and I was correct.Review fromJessica K

Unreliable the minute you have to renew your prescription. Made me wait for hours on end, multiple days at a time for virtual consultations that nobody showed up to. Link given for scheduled sessions at specific times were always the EXACT SAME LINK for the nonscheduled waiting room with the same queue and wait - didn't do anything but provide false hope of being seen in a timely manner. Bizarre customer service behavior, will ghost you if you ask questions and terminate service arbitrarily. Charged me $20 for a survey I've taken ************************************************************* prescription. Can't remove any payment method, you have to replace it instead. Can't delete your own account. **************** line will not answer you if you select the "customer" option, will say you're calling outside of business hours (Mon-Fri ****) at 2pm on a Tuesday, and the machine hangs up on you if you select the option to leave a message. Had to select the "Pharmacy/Supplier" option to actually talk to someone, had to ask if it was ********* and explain my situation, and finally got my account deleted. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING, do not trust this company with your reproductive health.The Pill Club

This company is robbing people. I was charged $20 twice and havent been able to get in contact with someone for over a week about the status of my prescription. Not to mention they text after 7 pm asking for information, but when you give the information they say their hours are abetting 9:30 - 7:00. This makes no sense and seems like a scam to me. Awful experience with The Pill Club. Terrible customer service. I ordered birth control and was completely ghosted. Never received the prescription or even a simple update. Its impossible to have two way communication with a real person. When it comes to healthcare, bad service is unacceptable. If you want quality care - I do not recommend. All around terrible. Also, pretty sure the reviews directly on their website are fake.The Pill Club

Paid $20 for medical meeting and waited 45min and never got connected. This was a pre scheduled interview and I even left work early for this. Very disappointed in the service, there is almost no reasonable way to contact them. Have sent emails and even texted their help line with so far nothing but unhelpful automated responses. Currently trying to get a refund for the $20 as I WILL NOT be using them and never received the service I paid for. Also waiting to see if Ill actually hear a response for deactivation of my account since you cannot do that yourself and I do not want them charging me yearly for medical consultations when I will not be using the service further and again never received my first consultation in the first place.The Pill Club

Loved this company the first year I was with them. Its nearly impossible to renew with them. I never write reviews but wow I am fumed by the difficulty of trying to get the pills Ive been taking for 9 years. This company *****. Dont even start with them.The Pill Club

TLDR; it took almost 2 weeks to get a script for something I didn't even want. Had to cancel.If you are looking for the ring (Annovera), do not use this service. Annovera is not available as a preferred brand on the intake form, so you'll automatically be prescribed some sort of pill instead and you'll need to reach out to customer support to get your rx changed. Unfortunately, they denied me Annovera anyway for vague "safety" reasons (they did not specify what safety issues they were referring to) so I just cut my losses and cancelled my prescription because at that point I had been waiting over 2 weeks. Used the service for the last 5 or 6 years through many *** and downs but I have to say they have reached a new low. My refill date was marked in their system as 2/6 and still have yet to get any word on when I'd get my refill. Down to two pills and officially have to give up on them and switch to another source. So horrible because I've not ran out of pills in the entire time I've used them even when the transitioned to Favor I didn't have this issue. I've texted, emailed and even created a help ticket through the website and nothing but auto responses. It also said i was set to get my pills and then went BACK to the waiting for a nurse to review and has been stuck in that stage for weeks on end with no explanation. Really ***et and hope I don't accidentally get pregnant while I look for a new place. ******* married but in no place for us to have a kid right now - I feel like I've completely wasted my time and should be compensated for such a waste of time it is THAT bad... why is it so hard to answer when in past I've gotten answers within two or three days?? Why the delays in everything? Why no communication about delays or an apology? My guess, they are going out of business, otherwise I don't know how they expect to stay in business treating patients like this- just really disappointing and now worried about being off the pill for the first time in half a decade :(The Pill Club
