    Have no clue how a business operates. Several start up issues many unresolved. Constant lockups, patches and work arounds. Very unprofessional look to display to my customers.

    Be careful, I signed up for a trial and immediately started getting spam emails from their "partner companies" trying to sell me on additional products and services. Apparently they give out your information to any number of this party companies.

    THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE EVER !!! Purchased a live chat subscription from them for my website. Zero support was offered for help setting it up. NONE. Do yourself a favor and find a company that will provide customer support when you need it instead of just taking your money every month !!!

    We enrolled in the trial version of ************* and received a lot of initial support setting it up, however as time went by our support dwindled. I spoke with our account manager about starting an enterprise plan and only had one question. If we needed to drop licenses would we be charged for the whole year, his reply was no your licenses would be prorated. Well now it's time to drop some of those licenses and come to find out they are only prorated if you are adding licenses but not removing them. I asked if they could honor their original statement and moving forward we would operate on the understanding that those licenses wouldn't be prorated in the future but now we stopped receiving responses. Additionally, a main functionality is broken and they cant give us a timeframe for when it will be fixed.
