    I bought several things on AliExpress and it turns out that everything o bought was fraudulent 1st I bought an ebike and it went to ******* and my address is correct on shipping order then bought generator and I got a photo of the generator and bought saw coffee machine in the same order and I have not received nothing and not even my money back still fighting for that spent over 200 and only received one of my dress that was ordered and my biggest order was ******and did not get products or money back yet and been dealing with it for almost a ******

    I bought a hair dryer on AliExpress, and AliExpress emailed me saying that the hair dryer did not meet US safety standards and had potential safety hazards and needed to be recalled. They asked me to cut off the wires and take photos and email them back, and then they would refund me in full within 15 days. I did as they asked and replied to the email, but AliExpress still did not refund me. I negotiated with the customer service staff, who said they would refund me within three days. However, less than a day later, I received an email giving me 48 hours to prove through a third-party certification agency that I did not damage the hair dryer. I sent the recall email back to AliExpress and asked them if they remembered their promise. As a result, AliExpress emailed me saying that I did not reply to their email, so the entire incident was terminated. I feel that this company is extremely shameless.

    I bought a recliner through AliExpress on the 3rd of April **** said it would be delivered between the 5th and the 11th of April, I checked back everyday to get a tracking number and none was provided all it said was that the recliner was shipped, they claimed that the recliner was delivered on the 7th of April, but I checked my security cameras and nothing was delivered on the 7th of April on the time that they indicated. I asked for a refund or for the recliner and nobody can seem to give me any answers and my money was not refunded however they did cancel two of my other orders their mistake not mine. So I'm pretty sure I got ripped off for $243
