I ordered a desk from Aliexpress on Mar 15th and received it on Mar 23. They sent the incorrect color desk and I immediately contacted them and told them. They sent me a return label and I sent it back on March 26. They received the desk on April 25th and I have not received my refund after they told me they would refund the money. It's July 17th and I have not received my $170 back.

I purchased a flashlight May 31, 2024. It quit working after approximately one month as it fails to light or charge. After contacting Ali ******** I explained the order # does not bring up my order. The company chat gives the "run-a-round," as they give instructions which are impossible to follow. It asks for a credit card number, with no option to check PayPal---which was what I utilized for payment. After escalating it to a "higher source," the company instructed me to contact "the seller," when THEY are the seller. I did try to follow their instructions, but again, that option does not exist. The attachments show my order, and the second attachment shows the wording on the ad the company uses to lure people in with wording at the top stating a "90-day return."

Bought a rice cooker from a scammer on AliExpress, and item was never sent. Item was supposed to arrive on July 9th at latest but never did. I asked seller several times to provide me with correct tracking number because the one uploaded ****** ************) to the order by the scammer didn't exist. Was told to "wait, it's processing". After a couple more days without providing me a real tracking number I filed a chargeback with Paypal.******* seller then provided another completely different, yet fake ***** tracking number in response to the dispute (***********), stating it had been delivered on July 5th. Tracking number was for a package going to my city, but not to my address. It was a scam to make it appear a package was sent to me, as on the ***** website, it states what city and state a package is delivered to, but not the actual home address. I called ***** and they confirmed that the package neither came from the seller (it came from Canine Animal Supplies) and that the delivery address was not mine. Several other customers on ********************** wrote of a same experience of mine, being scammed by this seller by being sent fake tracking numbers and photoshopped mailing labels. I contacted AliExpress with my concerns and was told my concerns would be elevated to their "super" team and I would receive an email within 48 hours. That was 6 days ago. No response. AliExpress doesn't care and protects their scammers.I have a thorough amount of evidence to prove that no package from this person was sent or received by me, but AliExpress doesn't want to hear it. I have demanded a refund and to this day have received no answer. This company is willfully aiding and abetting con artists to scam Americans citizens.

Hi, ******* (******************, Office Technician DCA Correspondence Unit cc ********************* of ************** of the ******** General Public Inquiry Unit P.O. ************************************ Thank you for your reply, I'm afraid it will take more time to report to the CA *********** Because of this Trade platform AliExpress - they don't care if their sellers are selling fake products and more consumers will continue to suffer. This is the listing that I'd purchased 2 units of 5000W of wind turbines. One unit paid through Ali*** for a total of $305 but they only refunded me $30.50 and the other unit unfortunately paid by ****** $270(RMB1960) and I could not recover both amounts. A total of $544.50 damage - **************************************************************** First Ali*** asked me to submit evidence that their supplier refused to accept return and refund. Here is the evidence that they were asking for, the magnets inside this supposedly 5000W of wind turbine is so tiny. And their magnets and copper wires are in some distance, so no power can be harvested with the small generator disk. And the copper wires are very small. I went to HomeDepot etc Hardware store to open the generator to expose the magnets and copper wires The size of the generator disk is too small, this is not 5000W but AliExpress customer service refused to allow a return for refund. So the platform and their sellers are both cheaters!A wound rotor induction generator where the rotor circuit is coupled to the line terminals, not separated! Here is a real 5000W Wind turbine, you can compare the magents and the copper wires to tell the one I'd purchased from Ali *** was a fake ************************************* Look at the heavy copper wires and magnets, all these listing/photos I'd sent to Ali ***ress but their turned a blind eye or deaf ear Thank you!******************* Solar Engineering ************

I should say this was my first and most probably last purchase from ALiExpress and hope I don't lose my money. I will take this to BBB and file an official complaine. 1.The seller did not send me the item they were advertising and I bought. I do not know if they are running a scam or they just made a huge mistake. I bought an efoil which is an electronic surf board that an adult up to 280lb can ride on for 60 minutes for $ 541and they sent two earbuds which costs $2.2.Then Aliexpress rep told me to file a complaint, first I have to accept I received the goods which I never did and then start the claim. 3.Aliexpress asked for pictures but the mail server was full so could not accept the attachments 4.I then contacted my credit card but as soon as I did that Aliexpress closed my case 5.Then after some time they filed a false calim with my credit card company **** of ******** think you should investigate Aliexpress and see if they are running a scam, I dont think this is a mistake. If you even see the photo evidence that the shipping company provided, the package fits in the delivery person's hand. Just the size of the package can tell you they sent the wrong item,The second picture is from the delivery company, Please let me know is you need anything else. Finally, the seller agreed to refund me. I have took a screenshot from Aliexpress messaging center that they indicated they are processing my refund.

On February 14, 2024, I ordered two items from AliExpress (Order IDs **************** and ****************) with tracking number UUSC000000487652. The package was lost. Despite providing a notarized loss confirmation from UniUni on February 21, 2024, AliExpress repeatedly denied my refund claims. I received a partial refund for one item on March 27, 2024. I continue to seek a refund for the second item, providing additional proof of shared packaging and tracking. Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue have resulted in inconsistent communication from AliExpress, including an unfulfilled promise of a $655 coupon. I seek a full refund and compensation for damages incurred due to AliExpress's negligence and breach of agreement.

Date of transaction is unknown as I unable to go into my account on ********************** to see details about orders made. They have closed them and that's it. I am missing four items of the order I placed. Including: Microfiber towel, inline fan 4", *** door lights, high pressure foam ******. I have contacted all the sellers, AliExpress carriers and their customer service and I get the run around no one knows anything and can't make decisions. I used a non refillable **** gift card of $100 and used it all on AliExpress and than threw the card away as it was void after that use. I e told the seller and AliExpress to give me store credit and not refund stating my issue. It's like their bots and don't understand. I feel robbed now because I have no items nor the refund. All I want is my items missing delivered to me. The carrier said they don't deliver to the *** store because of restrictions using local carrier. It states that nowhere on either AliExpress or carriers site. Just want my items please help
