    I recently got a new phone and I have lost access to my authenticator and my backup codes. I've tried to explain this to Roblox as I cannot login to my account due to the 2 step verification. I enter the correct password, my email is verified but they still say that they cannot help me. This account is really valuable to me, it's from 2008, and I've spent money on it as well but they still aren't able to assist me.

    My account was falsely banned due to allegedly "creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account". These are actions I haven't committed. I live in a household which is shared with my brother whom's actions I am not responsible for, therefore this ban is unjustified and I am unable to get my appeal viewed by humans due to the incompetence of the support ******* account username is "Influx_Vesperian". My brother's username is "Cr4shur2" They are connected to separate emails owned by different people.I have spent 6 years and multiple hundred dollars on this company just to be falsely punished for actions I haven't committed.

    My sons Roblox account was wrongfully deleted without justification, despite years of legitimate use and significant financial ************* son has had this account since he was 4 years old and is now 10 years old. Over the years, we have spent approximately $2,000 on in-game purchases, including Robux and various digital items.On March [insert date], at 2:56 AM, his account was suddenly deleted while he was asleep and had not been online for several days. The reason given was creating an account to avoid enforcement action, yet this is his only account, and he has never violated this rule.We have submitted multiple appeals, but Roblox continues to deny them without proper review. The lack of human oversight and failure to provide clear reasoning for this decision is deeply frustrating, especially considering the money and time invested in this account.I am requesting that Roblox immediately escalate this issue for a manual review by a real person to determine why this account was unfairly deleted and to reinstate it as soon as possible.If this issue is not properly addressed, I will be forced to escalate it further through additional consumer protection channels.The user name will be provided upon request to protect privacy.     On the platform of roblox my account got terminated for a unfair reason, i had spent ALOT of money on this account by the name of "Rainingrobloxnowalt5" and this was a unfair ban, i had been banned for mocking someone by saying he owns slaves, which roblox took as i was saying black people are slaves, however that was wrong, this account had years of progress and a lot of money was spent of on it, i want this account unbanned so i can get my progress, and money back.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing on behalf of my son, Braylen, whose Roblox account, pagzonn (formerly SUSGAMER2022), was affected by the theft by keylogging of two limited items: 8-Bit Royal Crown and ************************ Hard Hat. He has clear proof of ownership, as these items were saved in his outfits before they were stolen and are still listed in his profile collection, which only allows previously owned items to be added.The 8-Bit Royal Crown, originally purchased in 2022 for $2, is now valued at approximately $150+, while the ************************ Hard Hat is currently worth $20. Given the significant increase in their value, the loss of these items is a considerable issue.The nature of this dispute is the unauthorized loss of virtual items from my sons Roblox account. We are requesting either the restoration of these stolen items or a refund reflecting their current market value. If a refund is issued, we would accept it either in Robux or USD.We have reached out to Roblox Support several times about this matter but have only received unhelpful responses, including being asked to reply from an unrelated email. This has made it difficult to resolve the issue, and due to the lack of assistance, we are seeking outside help.Desired Settlement:Restoration of the stolen items, or Refund for their current market value (approximately $150+ for the 8-Bit Royal Crown and $20 for the ************************ Hard Hat).     This company has been notified by me on several different occasions about fraudulent us of my credit / debit card issued from ****************************.     Hi roblox moderator thats reading this Somebody hacked my account and permabanned me Im not sure if they stole any robux/items from my account I would get it if i got permabanned and if it was my fault but i provided evidence like IP adress of the person that used my account that ********************** directly send me (right of access) Its been already 3 months since my account got banned I have been trying to appeal but even with provided evidence still nothing I only wish to get my account back thats all Thank you for your time and considiration

    I am filing a formal complaint against Roblox Corporation regarding multiple unjust account bans and an ineffective appeal process, which has led to significant financial loss and frustration.I have been a loyal Roblox member for years, investing thousands of dollars into in-game purchases and premium memberships. However, I have encountered the following issues:Unjust Account Ban Due to Hacking Incident:My account was compromised by an unauthorized third party. Upon noticing the breach, I reported it to Roblox Support, seeking help to secure and recover my account.Outcome: Instead of receiving assistance, my account was permanently banned for actions done while it was compromised, despite my proactive efforts to report the hack.Ineffective Appeal Process:After the ban, I submitted multiple appeals, explaining and providing evidence of the unauthorized access.Responses: Each appeal received generic responses with no acknowledgment of the evidence or resolution.Incident: I was banned for a playful comment made to a real-life friend in the chat with no intent to offend.Appeal: I explained the context of the comment, but my appeal was denied without consideration of intent.These actions have led to the loss of my account, assets, and progress.
