      This complaint is in regard to the game Merge Dragons and is not about money, it is about the game company purposefully using pop *** in their game in such a way that hard earned or purchased gems are used unintentionally. This has happened multiple times to the tune of over a thousand gems that they will not return. I have suggested multiple times they add a verify or confirmation button to prevent the unintentional use of gems and it has not happened. Because gems are available for purchase, they have a monetary value which means every time gems are used unintentionally due to an in-game pop up and Zynga refuses to return them, Zynga is committing ***** larceny.       I turned to the BBB after in-game support said YET AGAIN I'm out of luck, they won't do anything to return what was essentially stolen from me during game play. Your Zynga representative did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

      Besides experiencing glitches that makes my chips goes missing ( not considering losses at table nor taxes from wining hands ); Zynga made three unauthorized charges in my card, I dont know what it is about, they say they dont know either and just dont seem to care about it.They just said they do that; BUT it Im concerned I should authorize them to block my account to any future purchase. Well I dont know anything they sell for around US$1,00 each, and if they claim not to do unauthorized charges why should I block it ?

      I am rejecting this response because: as the receipts show the charges were made directly from zynga not by Apple so I cant ask for refund from them. There are no purchases from those three values on my historic.

      i also disagree with the need of the need of I asking to block my account from purchase since zynga claims not to make unauthorized charges. In my point of view its illogical and controversial.

      We will no longer answer about this donkey and any future ticket with the same subject will be closed without answer is not an answer and is not customer service.

      ****************** Claims not to have my card data, but if you buy in Zynga store - it doesnt involve Apple, they keep your information. 

      Card administration say I must contact the seller of the product to know about the purchase.

      zynga says they dont have these purchases in my historic: it is because I really didnt buy them; I just got charges of them.

      4/7/2024 I paid money into this game and continued to play. I won a large amount at the same time I hit a level up and the game glitched. I have tried to go through their customer service and they keep showing I was rewarded. As I stated the game glitched and froze for a second but none of the credits showed up. Again they give a listed statement of all my rewards but I did not have anything to show for it on my side. No rewards were there. I am not sure how much it should have been but it was higher than the 1.4 billion I received on an earlier spin so I am approximating about 1.5 billion in coins is missing from my account. They have not been helpful at all to resolve this. Thank you.

      I've been playing Bid Whist Plus for a few years. I stopped about 4 years ago and recently restarted. Zynga has blocked my ability to converse with others. I've read their policies and realized I couldn't have more than 1 acct. I've sent several emails to Zynga. They will NOT respond. One of the main reasons to Play online especially this fame is to have the ability to interact with others. I've tried to delete the other accounts this still hasn't happened. No matter how many emails I send they WILL NOT fix this problem.Just tell me what I Can do??? The customer service is deplorable. Why take away my ability to converse with others, not tell me why! And not respond??

      I am rejecting this response because: My issue wasn't resolved.  2 people  from Zynga contacted me. The 1s person stated my account was "restricted " the 2nd person lied and stated Its a new version of Bid Whist and they are monitoring the changes. Obviously that person doesn't understand how the game works. The chat feature is NEEEDED in order to communicate with different partners.  If Zynga really  rid of the chat feature this game would no longer be played. 

       

      ???? PLEASE remove the restriction so I can continue to enjoy this game.

      I have been on your Spades Plus app for years and was there for every change over. Recently, your company made a complete over haul and has ruined the app. First, the Spades Plus App is supposed to be a way to connect with family, friends, and tough competitors during play, but now you can not even see the tables in any lobbies when you make them. The *** lobby only shows Classic games and preset tables by your company. The rest of the rooms shows only ***** tables, as well. We can not find anyone to play. Second, Your model to 150 point games are luck games and take away from the traditional Spades model of the game that is 500 points. Again we can make a 500 pt table, but no one can see it once it's made. Therefore, you have made a game of chance not a game of skill. Third, your minimum table amount of 5 mil, to play a 150 pt ***** table or even a game in the classic room is outrageous. If you do the math, your prices for 5 milllion coins is almost $40, so you are charging us to play each 5 mil game $40 which is price gouging not to mention theft. Theft comes when you have the tables designed and preset for the cheaters to have 3 i.ds on the table throwing the games on folks, and from your bots, fake guest accounts, and fake replacement bots sitting on the tables playing and filling in when a person gets booted. Your app is designed for your app to win by unfair hands being dealt giving the bots and guest accounts the most favorable outcome.I am requesting for these issues to be addressed and fixed immediately before the real players who have *** in the app for years group together and begin reporting the issues with other agencies such as the BBB, the **** and the Attorney General's offices.I have almost stopped playing as well as alot of others due to these issues. Looking forward to your response and hearing from you in a fast speedy manner.

      I am rejecting this response because: On May 23, 2022, TAKE 2 iNTERACTIVE completed THEIR acquisition of ********** ("Zynga"). Take 2 Interactive re-did the terms and conditions and their name is on the bottom of the Spades Plus Website, as well. Take 2 Interactive acquired 2K as well. Take 2 Interactive  is responsible for the mifications and complete overhaul of the Spades Splus App on or about February 21, 2024.

      2K and Zynga have the same parent Company, Take-Two Interactive. However they are two different entities and 2K does not support Zynga titles.

      One of the games run by Zynga is Spades Plus. They did an update to the app a short time ago a week. They fixed the games where there is a charge for a high amount of coins to play in a really quick game. Even when you try to change to a lower amount of coins to a longer point game the game isnt visible obviously because no one joins. I want into their website and their app where there are a bunch of complaints. The problem is that everyone purchased coins and they abruptly changed the game settings to make it impossible to win and to clean you out if your coins. I feel they should be forced to return peoples coins and get rid of their scam tactics. A lot of people play this game and they probably took I dont even know how many coins to vulnerable people who play the fixed game thinking nothing of it.

      I've come to the conclusion that this is a terrible company and I may just delete their game altogether.They have a game called ***** Wonka ***** casino slots.I already have a complaint about them and they are dragging their heels, they reach out to me through my private email instead of through here they do whatever they want to do I'm sure they'll try to combine the two claims it wouldn't surprise me.On 2/7 my game froze so I took a screenshot of bet and what my earnings should have been (my reward) I sent it to customer service and it has been 4 days while their "team investigates"Mind you this is a billion dollar company deciding if they should give me what is rightfully mine a fake currency that doesn't exist that they can administer with the flick of a button.I should have received it on the first day and we're going on day 5 that is unacceptable.
