      My account was banned with 316T in it. I haven't played it only a spin & win, 2 times in the month. My chips are still in my account but I can't access the account since zynga did the update. My account was flagged in error from the update. Please review my game and you will see I HAVEN'T PLAYED IT. Thank you

      I purchased the elite daily challenge and for the last 3 weeks have not gotten any of the scratch off that I have won and paid for since it all of a sudden said I needed 800 points for next prize. I have gotten none since 45 I reached out to customer support and they said it's working right but when I asked for them just to tell me the date and time I earned each scratch off along with the date and time and type and amount I got off each scratch off they just ignore that. I even sent a screen recording showing how it changes to claimed but I never actually get it but they don't even acknowledge it. I am missing over 16 scratch off that I paid for and won. I have also reached out to my vip rep and I don't even get a response there or on Instagram or *********

      The company does not adhere to its own rules and will not credit what it owes me. Its customer service is completely automated. All responses are robotic Zynga does not follow their own rules. They refuse to pay credits when people win large amounts. **************** is automated bots. I have shown them photographic proof, underlined (in photo) their rules and I may as well have sent a photo of my dog. I see many senior citizens taken advantage in the online forums. The company is a disgrace.I also see, on the BBB site, the exact same bot response given to consumers. They DO NOT amend issues.
