      They are incredible! If you have any type of problem with their program they get back to you immediately and almost always can fix whatever it is. The program works beautifully and I have collected more than $400.00. I also tend to shop more at stores that offer this program.

      I have been a member for several years now. Whenever I've had questions there is a prompt response. Stores are sometimes late in posting the earnings but when I reach out to Rakuten - almost immediately they respond in putting the earnings on my account. I have had no problems with this company and strongly recommend to family and friends.

      i signed up on 10th of May 2022 and was assigned $40 sign up bonus, Rakuten removed the sign up bonus and have been emailing them for the past a week with no tangible reply, i was told the concer forwarded to another department and no one reply for a week.

      This company started off pretty good. They were issuing the earned cash back in after a while, but somewhat deco time frame, which was around 3 months. Now it looks to be around 6b on the, which is ridiculous. My last payment was February and the next is August, to receive my earnings. I wish they would be consistent. Most times now, I use Retail me, although this companys cash back is much better. At least Retail me is more consistent in issuing my earned cash back more often and consistently.

      Rakuten will let significant cash back purchases show as approved and payable on your account for several weeks or months until right before a quarterly payment is due. Then they will remove it with no explanation. This has happened to me twice now and I've reached out to Rakuten about both. The first time, I was offered a $5 credit on a $75 cash back eligible purchase by using Rakuten to open a new account with **** (yes, I read the fine print). The 2nd time, I added a new line on my **** account and had $150 cash back that was showing payable on my account for at least 2 months that disappeared hours before my quarterly payment was sent. No reply after 3 days of writing in to member services about this issue is a bit of a concern as well.

      If a shop is slow to post, I always get my cashback faster just by going to the Help section. I've been a member for 4 years and have seen more and more places added, even Ticketmaster. I average $60 cashback every 3 months. When I got my best friend to join, I got a $30 bonus for her joining also. I've never had any problems and it definitely pays to buy via the internet.
