Returned insoles in March, never received credit back to gift card or another gift card in mail. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from vionicshoes.com and paid $150 for them. I received an email confirmation of my order. I paid by credit card, but it was somehow routed through Paypal. All of my attempts to contact vionicshoes.com by email and phone have not worked. No response by email. No answer on the phone, just on hold forever.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes in April, order # ***********, and after a few times wearing them, the rubber started to detach. In the meantime, I had purchased a second pair of the same shoe in a different color - each costing almost $150 a pair. I have tried calling numerous times to be disconnected while I sat on hold. I've tried setting up a call back to no avail. I have emailed and left a review (upon their request). And I have now received an email requesting I review the second pair of shoes purchased. I have serious concerns that the shoes are not going to last given the rubber is detaching. **************** is horrible - I have not received any returned communication from them. I would like to exchange the shoes, hoping that it is just a defective shoe, not line of product. But I can't do that until I speak to someone. If they won't exchange the shoes, I want a full refund for BOTH pair.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 27, 2022 and recieved my shoes promptly. Upon receipt two of the same shoes (different colors) were too small so I followed their exchange instructions and shipping label and sent it off through fed ex. Noted how easy and efficient this process was. Since they don't have half sizes I had to go a full size up which upon receipt did not work for me. I am not trying to return the shoes for a refund and because you're limited to one exchange, I'm unable to put a refund request in. This means I have to call customer service which is completely unmanned. I've been on hold collectively over an hour in the many call attempts I've made. I've even requested the call back option only to be placed on a hold with music then disconnected. I've written the info@vionic 4-5 times in the last week and haven't received a single response. I'm not entirely sure what I do short of calling my credit card company to start the dispute process. They keep saying they're busy because of the pandemic but their business practices are artificially creating the jam. You can't do business like this. I was going to be a life long customer, but they lost me. Completely lost me.Initial Complaint

On 5/20/22 I paid $112.70 for a pair of slippers. I received them on 5/22/22. They are too loose on my feet so tried to return them on 5/23/22. I tried online and they dont recognize my order #*********** and/or my zip. I sent them 2 emails and tried calling them 4 times but just get left on hold. I note that there have been 23 similar complaints to the BBB of consumers trying to return items to this company with no success.Initial Complaint

On April 24, 2022, I placed an order from vionic shoes (**********.) for a pair of sandals and a shoe cleaner. Order # ***********. I received the order on April 29 and found one of the shoes to be defective. I immediately got online and filled an order out for the shoes to be exchanged. I then packaged them up and sent them out via ****** tracking #**** **** ****. I paid ***** plus tax for the shoes totaling *****. Per tracking the shoes were received on May 4, 2022. I have called at least 10 times in the last two weeks as I have not heard one word about my exchange. You stay on hold for ***** minutes and then they just drop your call. I got a young woman one time who said she would check into it with the returns **** and email me back and she has not. I have sent a half dozen emails that only get an automated response. No one answers the phone and no one answers emails. At this point since they have not sent out the exchange I would just like my money back if you could assist me with this please. I bought two pair of shoes and need to return because the shoe support isnt as described on their website. I spent two days on their website attempting to initiate return but it would not accept order number, shipping or tracking number or my address. I emailed them with no response. I called them, no one answered after extended hold times. I tried requesting a call back due to extended hold times which didnt work, I was put back on hold. Impossible to reach this company, website not set up for returns even though they say to do this. Their phone message says if experiencing issues with our website call ************** for urgent matters No answer and is the only number available to call. I want a paid return label so I can return shoes with full refund.
