    One star for ***************** There is no pre- treatment checklist shared. They just want your money and thats it they dont care even if they provide bad service and ruin your face with fake promises. They promised to reimburse my $5000 and now giving me a hard time by not responding to my emails and hanging up the phone on me. I went to fix my pigmentation and dark spots issues but after just one sitting of micro-needling right before my international trip knowing the fact that I will be outdoor for most of the time. They dont do patch test not took my skin type to be super sensitive after calling out multiple ********* when I go to the office they pretend to be busy and not give me a chance to talk face to face after multiple efforts. Very nasty business

    When you purchased your laser treatments, our doctor clearly advised you about the necessity of using HQ cream beforehand. We reiterated this information during checkout, but you chose not to purchase it, stating that you had the cream at home. This step is crucial to prevent complications like hyperpigmentation.
    Unfortunately, after your treatment, you did experience hyperpigmentation, which resulted from not following the pre-treatment instructions. We promptly recommended a prescription from our doctor and even expedited the cream to help address your concerns. Our goal is always to support our clients through any issues.
    Regarding the dispute with your credit card, once that process was initiated, we were unable to take any further action until we received confirmation from your bank. We attempted to communicate this to you multiple times via phone, email, and in person.
    During your visit to our clinic, although we were still technically open, we had already closed for the day. Our team explained that we could not process a refund due to the ongoing dispute, and we have a clear no refund policy communicated to all clients.
    We genuinely want to help you and resolve this situation, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges together.
