Very bad customer service. They had a ********************** they scheduled to come look at our dishwasher. After 2 days that company says they won't come. They find another company that only comes to town Thursdays. So 2 weeks go by finally have the company come look at it. They say the front control board is bad and it's no longer available. He said the warranty company would contact me. They called and asked if a black controller would be ok on my white dishwasher. I said no they said ok they would keep looking for a white one. Then was told if i don't take the black one. There is nothing they will do. The customer service was terrible the lady supervisor was rude. I would not recommend this warranty company. I would use any other company before this one.

We have had Old Republic for several years and they have ALWAYS honored their commitments and facilitated and monitored speedy service. We have always been completely satisfied. Their customer service is excellent as well. On a side note, we recently moved into a new home and our realtor told us that the only home warranty company they will accept for mortgage/closing terms is Old Republic. This is definitely a good warranty company. They cover just about anything you'd need and they respond very quickly and work with good contractors. I do think realtors would appreciate referring this company to their buyers and sellers because of how well they respond to customers.Old Republic Home Protection

I am writing to formally express my frustration with the handling of my current claim regarding the relocation of my water heater. I was previously informed that this service was covered under my policy. However, after submitting the requested photos, I received no further updates and was instead contacted for additional documentationwithout any clear communication on next steps.This experience has been extremely disappointing. Ive held home warranty coverage for over 20 years with more than a dozen different providers, and I can honestly say this has been the most difficult and poorly managed claim process Ive encountered. I find myself having to follow up repeatedly and seemingly fight every step of the way to receive the coverage I was assured I had.Please provide immediate clarification on the status of this claim, along with a timeline for resolution. I would appreciate a prompt and professional response to avoid further escalation.Old Republic Home Protection

The service I received from Old Republic Home Protection was very timely. I really appreciated not being without a washing machine. My only complaint was the service technician made a few scratches on my machine which I did my best to cover up with white paint. Also he left black oil looking stuff on my floor, which I was able to clean up with alcohol.Old Republic Home Protection

It was my first experience with Old Republic Home Protection. It was very easy to use and the service was wonderful. Old Republic kept me informed every step of the way. The service company that they sent was a well known name and reliable company. I was very pleased!!
