I purchased the Rodan & Fields Lash Boost and began using it in February 7th, which is evident in my before pictures. I used the product as stated and saw some growth, however as soon as I stopped using it I noticed my eyelashes shrinking considerably. R&F states that if you stop use your lashes will revert to previous state, which is odd in and of itself. However, my eyelashes have not stopped shrinking! They are so short and much shorter than what I had naturally on my own. I am devastated. I cant even curl one set of lashes they are so short now. This is just one way for them to get my money- the fact that once you start you cant stop, which is NOT something they advertise or warn against. Absolutely the worst company that should not be manipulating people in this manor.

Your safety and satisfaction are most important to us, and we are sorry to learn it did not meet your expectations. Per your concerns, we are providing some product usage support, and also are happy to provide you with a full refund.
As with any skincare product, everyone responds to Lash Boost differently and yes, it is true the improved appearance of lashes and/or brows *** revert to their original appearance if Lash Boost is discontinued.
Lash Boost is a cosmetic lash conditioner?clinically tested to condition and improve the appearance of lashes. It will not prevent your lashes from going through their natural cycle of?loss and replenishment.
Keeping in mind that results *** vary from person to person, your experience *** depend on a number of factors unique to you. In most cases, lash loss is minimal and temporary. We suggest that you simply discontinue use until your lashes have replenished.
Typically, when someone has achieved her desired results, she *** either continue to use Lash Boost nightly, or she *** reduce usage to maintain results. Many have maintained their desired results by using 2-3 applications per week (while remembering to cycle out every 3 months once the product is opened and used for the first time). The key is to find what works best for your lashes, as you are the best judge of your skins needs.
As your lashes continue to go through their cycle, you should again see the appearance of ******, darker-looking lashes. I have also included a link to our ingredient list for you below.

I purchased many items including face instant makeup remover wipes and one pack was completely rancid, smells foul, and burned my face. Contacted the company and they would not offer an exchange for this issue.Business response
