    Clean.tech promised me $1,000 for installing the solar panels and $1,000 for referring someone that got the solar panels installed. I received neither. I referred my brother *************************. I also discovered since my panels were installed that I was over charged for the panels. I would greatly appreciate if Clean.tech would rectify this situation.

    As of August 2021 I signed a contract with clean tech for 48 solar panels at $62,536, I was promised a $1000 by the sales rep ****** for after installation was completed "Thanking me for my service in the military" I never received that money, the panels and system was completed install in September 2021 with only 40 panels, clean tech rep *********************************** stated they agreed to send me the difference of the 8 panel shortage in the amount $11,560 in a proposed letter of resolution. A couple other clean tech reps ******** contacted me in late November and early December ********************************************************************************************************** the escalation process also in December another clean tech rep **** contacted me, I spoke with him in reference to the panels refund $11,560 and sent the text about the promised $1000. Currently there hasn't been any more contact with clean tech. My system doesn't work, my solar panel loan payments began in Dec 2021 and the loan company ******************** will not work with me in any manner to defer payments nor will they reduce the loan amount. Clean tech stalled long enough on the project so I ran out of time to cancel the loan, they made false promises repeatedly and received funding for a service that was never rendered 100% (missing panels).

    I acquired an ATT account on 2/22/2022 and canceled on 4/12/2022, but somehow there was an account opened at the same time (acct #************ with phone number **********) which I never opened. I have been into the corporate store and it was supposed to be deleted but now I received an email that I am being sent to collections.

    This company delivered solar products to my driveway without our knowledge. We were out and came home and products were blocking driveway. We reached out for more details and got very little info via email. Then while we were out on vacation, we came home and they had started to install without permission from *** and myself. The *** President was riding through neighborhood and stopped them from installing. We have spent months trying to get them from removing the stalled components and since we have recieved $500.00 in *** fees. Then they stated via email that they would pay the fees and get things uninstalled from the roof. After coordinating with them to remove the equipment I have not been able to reach anyone to honor their agreement to pay fees. Also they destroyed my room which is now leaking and tore my yard up placing the heavy panels in back yard. Please help if anything you can do.
