AG Appliance Repair Inc. was hired and contracted by our home warranty company First American Home Warranty on 10/5/23 to diagnose and fix our Maytag washer. A service contract# was generated by ****. AG Appliance Repair Inc. came out 4 (four) times to our home: 10/14/23, 10/28, 11/4 and then 11/15/23. The first two visits I was very skeptical if they could fix the Washer, as each time, AG Applicance Repair said a new part had to be ordered and installed, therefore PROLONGING the job, just to fix One (1) washer unit. in the end on 11/15/23 AG Appliance Repair, completely cut out and removed the Washers agitator and other parts, rendering our Washer completely destroyed and useless. see photos attached. we notified the home warranty **** many times about their Contractor they hired, and each time we get little help and/or any type of quick Unit replacement, per Home warranty contractual obligations. We felt along that AG Appliance Repair Inc. was not capable to fix the Washer but gave them 4 opportunities to make it right and They decided to basically destroy our Washer, so NO other competent Appliance repair company can fix our Maytag washer. **** has not been exactly quick to assist, other than to tell us that AG Appliance Repair Inc. is No longer to come back to our home to fix anything!

$85.00 paid to my ****************** Contract No. Y77657 AG Appliance Repair Work Order/Invoice No.150054 issued 1/12/23.AG Appliance Repair was assigned by ****************** to evaluate my washer and see if it was repairable.AG Appliance Repair technician verbally told me on 1/12/23 that my washer was too old to repair (4/05) and that they couldnt get parts to repair the bearing. I was told by ****************** the report they received from AG Appliance Repair that technician had contacted the manufacturer and theyre finding was misused of the unit. The technician had only spun the barrel and told me the unit was too old and wrote up his paperwork and left. He never contacted anyone while he was at my home evaluating the unit.On Work Order Invoice No.150054 the technician left the description of work blank. When I contacted AG Appliance Repair and asked for a copy of the report that was submitted to my insurance company they hung up on me. I also contacted ****************** and asked for a copy of the report, and they told me legally since they didnt write the report they couldnt give me a copy and to go back to AG Appliance Repair.I again contacted AG Appliance Repair and they said the technician gave me a copy of the report when he came to my home, which he did not put down his finding on Work Order/Invoice No.150054 he left that part blank.

AG Appliance was contracted through my home warranty company (American Home Shield) to fix a leak in our front loading washer. They came out and said it needed a new door gasket and he ordered it. They came back a couple weeks later and installed the gasket. We called them back a couple days later because the machine still leaked between the replaced gasket and the door which was the same problem. After another couple weeks they sent out another person who ran an empty wash cycle he saw the leak looked around and left without saying what was wrong only to mention our home warranty would be calling. He did leave a work order reciept but nothing was written on it. The next day we get a call from American Home Shield saying that AG Appliance reported we overloaded the machine and that this miss use caused the problem. My complaint is they flat out lied to American Home Shield because the machine was empty when he ran the cycle. I did call AG explained the issue and asked requested they change their report and they refused.

Tech that was last one out, didn't found ********* from unit.

And only way how custimer can have leak like that is if unit getting overloaded and extra weight pushing door open .

Techs diagnosis and report was submitted to AHS and it will not be changed!

If custimer disagrees with tech diagnosis, custimer can ask AHS for 2nd opinion.

Contracted with this business to fix my oven. Contractor came out and not only did he not fix the oven, he broke 2 of my gas burners, and left. AG appliance advised they needed to order a part to complete repair. It has now been over a month, I've had to call them 4-5 times, every time I am told that the part is late. Finally, the part arrived, and I was told they actually need another ******** appliance refuses to complete the repair, refund my deposit. **************** rep refuses to let me speak to a supervisor or manager, says they do not have one.

Due to the part being on backorder for a long time , customers oven/range was replaced . For tech to gain access for internal parts needed to break corroded burners , that would be replaced as well if he would receive parts in time .
