On March 24, 2022 I walked in to moras and moras appliances. I spoke to ************ i told him i had a washer that worked but made a lot of noise and wanted it fixed, he agreed.On March 25,2022 *********** called and confirmed that he was on his way to my house. He showed up at 6:00pm checked the washer and proceeded with his job. Around 7:00 he spoke to my wife and said he was going to step out to the store because he had the wrong size tools.he never came back or called.On March 26,2022 He showed up to the house around 10am and proceeded to fix the washer. At around 4:45 he started the washer said it was fixed. I paid him $150 cash. then he left. At around 5:30 my daughter came and did laundry. My daughter told me the washer was getting stuck on the rinse cycle. My wife restarted the washer and it did the same thing. He clothes stayed in the washer because the washer had locked and we couldnt do anything.On March 27, 2022 Was a sunday and his business is closed.On March 28,2022 My wife and I drove to his establishment. I walked in to speak to him and tell him what had happened. He immediately changed his tone with me when i told him the washer was getting stuck on rinse. He then proceeded to blame me and said i must have done something. I told him all i wanted was for him to fix it because my washer worked fine all i wanted him to do was fix the noise it was making.He then got aggressive and said he was not going to leave his establishment un attended just to go fix the washer , he then said he would go and check it out in two days. I asked him to confirm then a employer walked in and they tried to intimidate me. he proceeded to tell me if i wanted it fix i would have to wait till he showed up. I left. Its march 31st and he wont pick up our calls, he has not returned a call or showed up.
