    After my vehicle factory warranty ended, I was looking for a company to buy an extended warranty. I received many offers and phone calls I chose ********* Warranty ************ because I was impressed with their professionalism when answering all questions about the vehicle service contracts that I was being sold along with the treatment of their customer service department and staff. They have always gone far and beyond their everyday duties to make sure that I understood the limitations of my vehicles service contracts and what it takes to get them fix when a problem arrives. They are there from the beginning of your vehicle problem until the end of your vehicle problem. I have been with ********* Warranty ************ for over three years, I will recommend to anyone that's looking for a vehicle extended warranty and a company customer service staff that cares I highly recommend this outstanding company. Keep up the good work!

    They will lie to you to get your business I was told by auto care warranty Solutions that a company I was currently with was a horrible company. turns out the company I was with origally with has a higher rating then auto care warranty Solutions. I do not recommend signing up for any plans with auto care warranty Solutions because of poor customer service and they lie. You cannot trust them if I could give a zero star I would and then drop it into a negative star my rating would be negative five stars

    If I could give this company one star I would, they are the definition of the word scam. Dont believe the 30 day money back guarantee. They will lie and say they did not receive your cancellation letter till after the 30 days. They will then say there is an additional 100 early cancellation fee. They will also state that refunds will be given back in 30 days which is also false, they will take 3-4 months before giving you your refund. Stay away from this company, do not answer their calls or give them the time of day, save your money and sanity. They will lie and say they are trying to help while only repeating the same thing over and over and never actually helping. If this sounds like someone you would like to give your hard earned money too, then may God bless you.

    Im sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. **************** purchased coverage on 5/2/2024, and on 5/30/2024, he called to cancel the coverage, stating that he found a cheaper option. At that time, the cancellation procedures were provided to him, which are also detailed in his policy booklet, advising that a written request was required to cancel the coverage.****************** cancellation letter was received on 6/5/2024, which was 30 days after the policy was activated, and a prorated refund of $200 was issued accordingly. On 9/18/2024, the customer called in, upset, asking why he didnt receive the full refund. I explained how the prorated refund was determined.The customer stated that he had sent the letter via ***** and that it was received before the 30-day period. I requested the tracking number to verify when the letter reached the cancellation department. After reviewing the tracking information, it showed that the letter was delivered and signed for on 6/5/2024, as indicated by ***** tracking number #************. The ***** record confirms delivery on Wednesday, 6/5/2024, at 1:39 PM.

    Horrible Company, If you need to call this company will not accept your calls from the number that you have on file! After calling from my number I wasnt able to get through I called from another number and was able to get through. Spoke with ****** he was very RUDE and unprofessional! Do not waste your time or spend your hard earned money with this company! ****** tried to force me to tell him why I wanted to cancel my policy and told me that I needed it bc of the type of car and miles I have on my car! Was flat out RUDE! I requested a refund which was told I could as long as its before 30 days and ****** refused l. Stay away from this company! I asked to speak with a manager he said he was the manager and hung up!!!!! Very disappointed!

    I spoke with a *************************** to cancel my policy and he refused to cancel my policy. He has horrible customer service skills. I am really disappointed with this company. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    I was sold an auto warranty. two months later i take my car in and i find out im on the 50/50 plan, that my reimbursement only goes to 30$/ day and then has a 150$ cap. i couldnt get ahold of the company, left a couple of voice mails and no one called me back. i called again a 4th time and i finally get ahold of a representative. the representative was beyond rude. he said that since i didnt like how the sun came up that i was upset. and i was finding out about things from the contract that i was never told about. i was charged 100$ to cancel after only having it for a couple of months. i owed the rental even though they said it was covered and then found out that they only would only approve 30$ for every 8 hours of work. the representative ***** was beyond rude and even though he isnt the one that sold me the contract kept telling me what the agent had told me saying he knew what he had told me. after being told that i dont like how the sun comes up i said that was rude and he said how?! he puts me on hold and gets a supervisor. then the supervisor then tells me that i wont get a refund of anything. i was then interrupted by the manager asking about my kid and how old they were int he middle of me talking.

    I had written a post on this site on 4/6/22, just because I was so upset about waiting and getting the run around every time I called. But after I was able to finally talk to the person that sold me the Warranty about 2 days before the 30 days expired, he asked me to send in a written letter to Cancel the Warranty I did that, then I talked with several people there in the next month until I was finally able to talk with ****** and she helped me get my Money refunded to me, cuz I not only had the $99.00 Deposit taken out of My Card, but $187.59 for the 1st month, which is Why I wrote the post on here about the company, obviously I was Not Happy after I saw they had not only taken the $99.00 out, but then taken the $187.59 out also, because it took about a month to get the $99.00 back and about another month or longer to get the $187.59 back. I have NO DOUBT in My Mind they are a Great Auto Warranty Company and they will take care of your needs if something happens to your Vehicle while under the Warranty, it just takes them awhile to get things done. They do seem to be a **************************** though.Thank You..
