      Received unwanted call that pretended to already have a contract with me, after I had told them not to call me several times.

      Purchase extended warranty via this company, not realizing it came with my car. Called on March 7 to cancel and request refund of $490 admin fees and $290 for monthly payment both done via ADH. I have made 8 calls including an overnight message and all I get is their answering service. I have also messaged their website with no response.https://vehicleprotectionspecialist.com/contact/

      I purchased ($2750.00 paid in full at time of purchase) an extended vehicle warranty on 04/18/2017 from Vehicle Protection Department LLC for my 2013 Acura RDX; expiration date 05/18/2022. Contract number: CGC13710395. Administered by: **************************** (#************). Timing Belt issues arose 01/14/2022 - dealer service department checked with ******** on 01/17/2022, who advised that the repair would be covered. Repair completed 01/26/22 at which time the dealer was informed by ******** that my contract was canceled on 01/19/2022. When I called ********, they advised me that the contract was canceled because it had not been funded and that there was nothing they could do for me. When I attempted to Call Vehicle Protection Department LLC (#************) the line has been disconnected.

      In September I purchased and extend warranty for my *** through Warranty Protection/Vehicle protection. Unfortunately, the car was totaled In October. I provided a letter and documentation from our insurance company regarding the total of the car and auto pay was suspended on 11/16/21. Although autopay was suspended, I continue to receive monthly bills for this policy. MEPCO the billing company stated that they have not received any notice that the policy was cancelled. Vehicle protection has acknowledged that they received my letter and would be canceling the policy. After numerous attempts calling (always having to leave a message with the answering service) and emailing (no response), this has been going on for months I am left no choice but to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I do not want this affecting my credit. Although I was told I would receive retro pay for October, I at this point just want the policy cancelled so that I can be done.

      This company has called me over and over and I have asked them to take my name off their calling list multiple times and blocked their spoofed numbers they have called me from each time. I am so tired of getting these calls and I am just done!!! Can anyone stop these jerks from calling???
