    I had an issue with an order I placed through the kushagram app (not the first time) 10/16/25 at 230pm.when I called customer service I was met with a employee who was not interested in answering any of my questions. when I asked to speak with a manager he told me that "ther was no way for him to transfer me and that the management would need to call me back. so when the call ended I immediately called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and was transfered over to speak with her. when I told her how the first representative told me he could not transfer me, the manager justified his actions by saying " if he had transfered you, you would have just got my voicemail. when I tried to explain to her that he did even give me an option to leave a voice mail and that he told me "ther is no option in my system to transfer you to a manager", the manager interrupted me to tell me "well I don't think he did anything wrong and we are just going in circles and that this was my formal complaint.this was the worse experience I've ever had with kushagram by far and I hope they can correct this kind of terrible customer service.

    Visited the ********** location . After being sold a faulty product , I went in to return or exchange it , they told they I could exchange it but in order to avoid being given another faulty product , I was to try it in front of them . I refused to since I had driven there, product contained marijuana . Im sure it is unlawful to force customers into trying a device that contains marijuana , minutes before driving .

    On more than a few occasions, I have purchased marijuana from this dispensary. I shop kushagram because they advertise the amount of THC in their product. When I order a product, I expect it to be as advertised, ie, old pal indica, 32 percent THC. Which is what I ordered today. What was delivered was old pal 27gms not the 32gm as advertised. This has happened on more than a few occasions. Previously, I did call to complain. The person I spoke to became irritated and hung up. I shop kushagram because of the delivery service and the fact that they list the amount of THC in the product. Please help me resolve this issue. Otherwise it's false advertisement. If I order 32 GM of THC, I expect to get what I ordered. Thank you!

    On 8/12/23 my order #********* was missing an item I was charged for. The item was twisters 14g premium shake for $25

    Horrible customer service. Been waiting 4 hours for order. Driver car overheated. Told them its not wise to wait to see if it starts. They decided to wait. Car never started. They offer 10 off next order but have to change entire order and charge more on current order and wait.

    On this companys website one of their product is labeled as hybrid but then I was given the wrong strain on delivery. **************** told the driver to end delivery and he did. Then I was told I couldnt be helped because the driver marked the order as delivered. I was offered no compensation just mhhm and Im sorry. Dont know how many others this has happened to. Dont know how many other mislabeled products they have. The first time this happened the driver marked my order as delivered before he even got there giving me no chance to file a claim. Staff should be better trained and better informed and website corrected.
