On Saturday November 11, 2023 My mom had **** come out to clean the carpets and 2 chairs. When they were just about done I looked at carpets and couldn't believe how they looked like they had not even been cleaned, I said something to the tech who was cleaning and he wanted to argue with me saying that it was high traffic areas and that they told my mom they probably couldnt get them clean I insisted they redo those areas which they did and it looked better for a second now that the carpets have dried they are awful looks like we're spraying water onto the carpet instead of actual cleaner I can guarantee. There was zero cleaning smell which there would have been had they actually been using a cleaning chemical. I told the guy I had filed a complaint with **** and he called someone speaking in Spanish telling them that it was high traffic areas and he couldn't get them clean which is not true.
