              They signed me up for a recurring and automatic subscription for their membership. However, I did not authorize a recurring membership. I did not authorize them to charge for a recurring membership. There is no option on their website, or in their app, to cancel the recurring membership. I sent them an email to cancel the unauthorized recurring membership and they responded with do it yourself on our website. Fraudulent and predatory practices.

              It was my first time submitting to PSA for grades and i had a lot of concerns regarding how they receive the items and if I mailed it correctly and packaged it properly for them or was I going to get in trouble for something I may have done wrong but the gentleman ****** was extremely helpful considerate nice outgoing just across the board incredible he deserves a raise! Haha awesome guy excited for my cards
