      I've been unable to cancel my membership for the past 3 years and I have gone roughly 20 times to this gym. A few months ago my debit card finally expired so they couldn't charge me anymore. They call every single day. I just want them to stop calling.

      On July 15th at approximately 6pm the general manager of the gym came to me during my workout and asked me to come with him to his office. Inside his office he told me he was going to suspend my membership due to a complaint that he received from a woman about me. According to him, she claimed that I grabbed her a** during a Jiu Jitsu match. The claims was so absurd, I told him that it was a bold faced lie and that I was going to go finish my workout. Later that evening in the Jiu Jitsu class I pulled the coach aside and told him that I wanted a formal apology from whoever made the claim. Later in the week on Thursday July 18th at 4:51 pm I received a very vague email stating that my membership had been revoked at the corporate level. I replied back asking them to make it very clear to me what I was being accused of and I still haven't gotten a response. I'm planning on suing the company for defamation of character for interfering with a legal contract and siding with such a ridiculous claim about my character.

      I contacted the UFC gym business online through their messaging service to cancel my membership and received no reply. I then spoke to a customer representative over the phone and she was able to cancel the membership for me and explained that I would have no extra charges. This was Three weeks before the surprise charge. I just got charged 193 dollars on June 29 of this year, and when I called to have UFC explain this charge explain to me that I cannot get a refund. I would like a refund for this as I havent been to UFC gym for over a month. When I initially signed up to UFC gym, it was explained to me by one of the managers that I would not have any surprise charges or any cancellation fee if I were to cancel the next day of signing up. I was under the assumption that there would be no fee or cancellation policy and nothing was explained to me, even though I extensively asked if there are any such policies.

      I signed up for 30-month membership on November 26, 2022. I paid an amount of $499.00.I have the habit of collecting plastic bottles and aluminum cans for recycling. I consider recycling is a virtue. Recycling would reduce dumping at landfills. Plastic bottles were man-made. Bacteria would not degrade them. I read that a beached whale whose stomach had 80 pounds of plastics which killed the whale. I was barred from picking plastic bottles and cans inside the gym but okay outside the gym. I routinely went to the gym every morning. I picked up a few plastic bottles in the men's room. I was asked to leave the gym on June 20, 2024 without taking a shower. I demanded that I need to refund my unused months at the gym. The calculation is as follows: $499(11/30) = $182.97. I still have 11 months to go. The manager refused to refund me. Hence, I file this complaint.

      I signed up for the ultimate membership in 2012 and was told the flat fee I paid and monthly membership would remain the same as long as I continued to keep it active. Recently, my membership dues was increased a 2nd time in which I now am paying $37 a month versus the $29 I used to pay. I called the *** Rosemead and was told that the gym has the right to increase my dues because there is a clause in the contract that allows them to. I emailed the person in charge of the contract however I have not received a response. I'm truly upset about this situation as UFCGYM is not honoring the contract I was promised. I would like a refund for the extra charges above my original dues plus a reversal to how much my initial dues were.

      I would like to correct my previous complaint. My original monthly dues were $27. I would like a reversal back to my original dues with no increase in dues as promised.

      I closed my membership in March 2020 and then in mid 2023 I started getting collection calls that I owed them money. They said that I restarted my membership in June 2020 and I owed them for a year of service. The health department shut them down during the time that they claim my membership was re-instated. Why would I pay money to a gym that I cannot go to? They are still calling and asking for back money owed. This is a scam and I want them to leave me alone.

      I signed for a$30 dollars monthly payment but they been charging me 60 for the last 5 months i try to fixt the isuue but they keep saying i can't do anything i email the corporation just waiting to get correct i wait for the last 3 months nothing is getting done..

      On the 17th of ***** was charged ****** plus a late fee of 9.50. Right after this I was refunded on the 31st. I was charged again on Feb 2nd. My membership was not due to renew until the 13th.(Side note: While paying a fee of ****** on Jan 23rd for a month of coaching, and before that ***** on Jan 12th for half a month. I experienced racism, slander, and relentless Insults. I have detailed this in a 1 star ****** review under the name V. Specifically for the ****** ** location.)I would like a refund of the Feb 2nd charges ****** plus the 9.50 late fee, and an assurance of no further charges. I have canceled my membership and signed the necessary forms. The last billing date is Feb 13th.

      Towards the end of 2019 I purchased workout sessions with a trainer at ************. Due to Covid, no gym or trainer was available for 2020 and 2021. In 2021 I moved to La ******. In October of 2023 I signed up at *************, with *****, who assured me that my remaining training sessions I purchased would be valid at this new location. After signing up for a 3 yr membership, and training for 10 sessions with a trainer in Dec2023-Jan**** I was informed that my remaining 19 training sessions had expired. I contacted UFC headquarters and they assured me that the sessions were in deed still valid. However, no one at the ************* wants to continue to honor them. Instead they continue to avoid my phone calls, the headquarters make no effort to contact ************* to resolve the issue. Instead they want me to repurchase new sessions at a higher price even though the headquarters tell me they should honor my remaining 19 sessions as of Jan ****.

      Unfortunately someone took my cash app information and paid for a membership that I never requested I never even entered into the business the building at all I am a single mom with three kids don't even have time to go to the gym there was no reason for me to pay for a membership that I never even started I would like my refund back that's it nothing more nothing less please & thank you
