      I signed up for UFC Fit ***** (*******) back in May 2023 before they opened. I participated in a referal program that would give 5 dollars off monthly dues per person maximum 20 dollars. I referred 4 people that actually signed up before the gym even opened and Sept 28th when I started getting billed I did not see the referral bonus reflected in my account. I has going out of town for 4 weeks so decided to freeze my account for the 2nd month (starting October 28th). I was charged the $15 of the monthly freeze which is fine however I was charged $60 dollars for recovery. When I came back to the gym on Nov. 29th I spoke to the ** regarding these 2 billing issues. Additionally the month starting Nov 29th I was also not given the $20 monthly referral credit (making this now $40 worth of referral credit owed to me). Since this week up until today 12/28/23 I have been going to them on a weekly basis so they can give me my refund (the first time I talked to the ** at this location whose name is *****************************, he told me that I would be getting a $40 referral refund AND a $60 refund for the recovery that was accidentally charged during my freeze). UFC owes me a total of $100 till this day and no one is taking responsibility for my issues. I have called (last time I called was yesterday, TWICE, i was told.i was gonna get a call back from another manager called ***** and im still waiting for that call), I have emailed, I have gone in person and NOTHING gets done. They keep saying wait 5 to 7 business days to see your refund. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service and false promises

      I signed up with the ********* UFC FIT on Silverado Ranch 5 weeks ago and when I went in last night to workout, learned from other people working out that they were switching over to EOS today and closing down for up to a month with no warning and without telling any of their existing members. EOS is a much lower quality and much cheaper gym but nothing has been said to anyone. I have attempted to contact them but the lady at the gym was no help and the email said they would just forward to someone else. I have no desire to be part of EOS gym and want my registration fee of ***** reimbursed along with this months dues refunded and my membership cancelled.

      The manager at the ******** location, *************************** screamed at me rudely and gave me extreme attitude problems for no reason. When my husband and I tried to make a complaint with the main manager of ******* UFC Gyms, ******************************* who operates out of the Honolulu Gym. He wouldnt take my phone calls, emails or return any of them. Instead when my husband went to the Honolulu gym, ******* along with other UFC Gym staff surrounded my husband outside the gym and assaulted him. ******* had him assaulted because we filed a complaint. We tried calling the corporate office number (877#) which doesnt work and tried to email and that doesnt work. We filed a police report for the assault as my husband had a black eye and 10 months later which is now, still nothing on the case because ******************************* will not speak to ******** police here.

      UFC fit is the biggest scam when it comes to their cancellation policy. Despite cancelling, we were continuously charged for dues and when asked for a refund they made it incredibly difficult to work with us. Its been 6 months waiting for a refund from these frauds.

      The *** in ******** offered one week membership as trail to see if Id like to work out at the gym. I signed up for that trial membership and before 5 days I decided to cancel because their schedule didnt fit to my work schedule. After ********************************************************************* I called there and the person said that I would have my money back in 5 business day. I waited over one week and nothing was returned to my credit card. I called them 3 more time. I talked to the manager and the same thing. She said that I would have my money in less than one week. Another week passed and I didnt get my refund. I went there to talk to them in person and the girl that was at the front desk was very rude to me. She said that she didnt find my cancel paper and ask for mine. Fortunately, I had my paper in my car. I gave it to her and she said that theyre lost their copy. ( she wasnt friendly any time with me). After giving my cancel paper to me, she said that Id have my refund very soon. I waited for more than 10 days and nothing. I went there one more time with my friend to help me and the manager said that this time would work because she got a email saying that. She showed me the email. It has been over 3 months and they havent refund me yet. They also charged one monthly payment on my credit card. I called them more than 4 days. I went there one time. Im tired of waiting my time to go there. I have the paper showing that I canceled that. The trial membership was signed in April, we are in July and I didnt get my money back.

      Hello,I'm a 49 male who is a gym rat. I have worked in the gym industry before and have never seen such unprofessionalism in my entire gym life. The problem I witnessed today at this facility has been on going since it opened. I witnessed a trainer put their client in ***** way by adding too much weight. The trainers in here are going to hurt someone. They are unqualified and very young. Someone at corporate needs to check for certification on these so called trainers. In any specialize industry you have to carry some kind of certification program like ISSA, NASP or B.S degree. The manager did not care when I brought it to his attention. He said he would revoke my gym membership and to mind my own business. I can see why this gym is not making any money. I have been a member here since it opened and I was a member at ********* UFC gym where it was totally different. I expected more out of ******** UFC but it has failed to deliver. It has become a meet market for management. They hire off of looks and not skill and it shows. I've seen many trainers come and go. There have been a few good ones but they have been pushed out due to the lack of professionalism.

      My husband an I had UFC Gym membership from 2018-2020. After Covid shut down in-person gym access, we both cancelled our membership and moved out of State in June of 2020. They continued to charge my husband and I monthly fee. After numerous calls he was able to get to them to stop charging him since we had cancelled and spoke with the representative multiple times. However, they continue to charge me $76 every month since. We have called and cancelled multiple times and been assured that we wont be charge any longer. I have already paid more than $2000 since I have cancelled the membership multiple times.

      I go to ******************. I canceled my personal trainer towards the end of April due to late notice of my deployment. And yet they still charged me for it. My personal trainer no longer works there so im paying for nothing. I called and talked to the front decks multiple times for a refund and they still refused.

      I paid in full up front for buy one year and get 2 years I had a life change where I had no choice to move and I was only at like 6 to 8 I cant remember exact time frames of date started months of my membership and where I moved the closest ufc fit is 3 plus hours away I requested and gave almost two months notice I had to move and was told no refunds or transfers I feel this is not ok that my money just gets kept in a circumstance like this I am requesting for a refund
