I have called numerous times in hopes of getting a big container to dump unneeded items. 10/12/23 at 315 I spoke with ****. She was horrible at her customer service job. I advised her I was looking for the 8 ft container I was previously quoted 475. She clearly stated it was six hundred and something dollars. I then told her I was quoted 400 something. I asked to speak with a supervisor more than three times and was denied speaking with management. In addition was never offered a call back from one neither. **** said she could help me. I refused to speak with her since she had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me I was the one getting excited on the phone call. Whatever that meant. Still no call from management. I dont know how anyone with such attitude can be employed and have a job title as customer service. She lacks the professional training or knowledge on how to speak to others.Business Response

if those are your two prices why was I charged 495? Why hasnt a manager ever called regarding the horrible customer service **** provided? You just stated two prices yet on your recorded phone lines I have been quoted several different prices as well as very recently charged something different.

Because of the Labor Day holiday, our Trash Bin was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday, 9/9/23, instead of Friday 9/8/23). On this date, our weekly trash bin was not picked up because service provider (Ware Disposal) claims that vehicles were in the way for provider to safely empty contents. On 9/15/23: The next week the same scenario occurred. According to a customer service representative from **********************, if I (the customer) called within 24 hours of such scenario, Ware Disposal would return to the service address and empty contents AT NO COST. However, when I called on 9/15/23 to report that our trash bin had not been pick up AGAIN, we were charged $99 for an employee to return and empty the trash bin. Ware Disposal, very irresponsible, Stop providing service to my property in *********** for refusing to pay Overcharging, they keep adding all kinds of bogus and unreasonable charges and when you try to communicate, or talk to someone, nobody responds, or care, nor they resolve the issue at hand, they just ignore you!. They just want the money, period!. This Bandits!!!(that's what they been call in the media, among other names); just want to overcharge you regardless and don't care about the poor service they provide, or the violations they commit!. On July 15, 2023 Ware Disposal hit my car. Hit and run, caught on camera. $5000.00 estimate to fix, bought a car to get me to and from work for $900.00. Being my car is unsafe to drive, and $900.00 is much cheaper than a *********** that its been over 2 mo. $42.00 to get a copy of the police report, and pictures the cop took.Initial Complaint

I sold my home and I no longer live there but for some reason ware disposal keeps billing me for trash service.. I made ware disposal aware of me selling the house so I don't know why I now owe ware disposal over $600 for something I no longer use . I tried canceling my service but no one will cancel my service.. I don't live there nor do I use their trash can.. I sure do not think that I should pay ware disposal anything because it's their mistake in the first place.. They are not doing business right at all. It unreal.Initial Complaint

I contacted wear disposal to have them switch my service to a different size trash can and they refuse to do their job and bring me a new trash can after months and months of me telling them I cannot afford it to please come get this trash can they don't bother doing it and they keep billing me and billing me more and more money each month when I told him I can't afford it so then they tell me to send them a certified letter stating that I want to change my service and everything that I wanted to do so I did it and they act like they never got it and they ignore me since 2022 and they don't bother changing my trash cans after I did what they asked me to do they just won't do it their job they just won't do their job so I I filed a complaint and then they finally come remove my trash can but they are saying they removed my trash can because I owe them $600 I don't owe them $600 that is their fault I told them since 2022 to come get this trash can I can no longer for it cuz I lost my job but they just don't care you don't bother doing it contact them again then they finally tell me get a letter certified and send it I did that and they again ignore me and don't bother picking up the trash can and they keep billing me each month more and more money and late fees for something they didn't take care of and now I am supposed to pay for their mistakes I don't think so I need them to do their job and finish the deal I did what they said I sent the letter they said after they get it they will remain nutrition and they haven't bothered to reach out to me or contact me or respond to me or anything but they do send me a bill each month that just keeps getting higher and higher and I have proof that I told him I cannot afford to send this what I wanted to do I've documents of everything and they refuse to answer any questions or anything or any emails or any calls from me that's not how you do business I want them to bring my smaller trash can like they said they would last yearInitial Complaint

I recently lost my job due to covid last year and I have been messaging and messaging where disposal to tell him to come pick up the trash cans give me a small one that I can afford they told me okay then they told me to send a certified letter which I did in January and they still have not bothered to take this trash can away from my house and keep sending me a bill every month my bill is now $611 which I cannot afford because I don't have a job and I've been telling them and telling them and telling them to come take the stretch in a way I cannot afford their services or to give me a small one that I can afford and they refuse to do it they keep telling me do this do that and I do it and then they don't bother doing their part they just keep billing me every month I cannot stand this I cannot afford this I'm not going to pay no $611 for something I tried to cancel last year 2022 this is unacceptable and not right my bill keeps going higher and higher and higher because of late fees and leaves like bills that I cannot afford which I told him last year I need them to stop feeling me and come pick up this thing trash can this is unacceptable it's not how you run a businessInitial Complaint

every week WARE disposal conducts trash pick up their trucks stain the street with oil and hydraulic fluids, the stains get worse every week from constant leaking. The whole neighborhood street has ridiculous amounts of stains, not only is it a hazard but it's also an eye sore, its week after week of leaks and stains. Ware Disposal missed a pick up on my normal pick up day. I notified Ware Disposal that same day about the missed pick up. They informed me that they would send a truck the next day. No pick up truck the next day. I call again, now they say that after investigating they have pictures of my bin not being out at the time of normal day pick up(8:09 am Thursday). I send them footage from my security cameras showing all my bins out on Thursday 8:09am and their truck just skipping my trash bin(all other bins were picked up by other trucks). After reviewing my footage they say they will send a truck out the next day. Guess what? No truck the next day. So I call again, again they tell me that I didnt have my bin out on normal pick up day. I informed the gentlemen on the phone that I sent footage the day before showing that my bin was out on my normal pick up day. He tells me that a truck will come out the next business day since this is now Saturday I have to wait until Monday. I have no faith they will show up. My bin is completely full and Im assuming they are just making wait until my next normal day of pick up(Thursday). I pay for service that they have failed to provide. Not the first time that this has happened and Im afraid this wont be the last. I will reach out to the city officials in charge of contracting this company. As info I have been dealing with ******, ***** and now **** from Ware Disposal customer service. I would like a refund or credit for not providing the service I paid for. Ware Disposal is contracted to provide trash pick up services for my residence. They are my only option of service provider. They continuously neglect to provide services. Their customer service hotline is non-responsive and leaving a message is not an option as their mailbox is full. Most recently (Nov 2022), I tried sending a request to get my black trash can replaced via their online contact us form. I provided video footage showing it was washed away in a rainstorm. I was told I needed to file a police report before I could get a new trash can even though I could show it wasn't stolen. When I spoke to the sherrif, we all agreed this was a GROSS WASTE OF EVERYONES TIME. Regardless, I have filed a report, provided a copy of it to ***************** have seen their truck replacing trash cans on my street TWICE since then, and have still not received a replacement trash can. Customer service continues to be non-responsive. I continue to be charged for services. My ONLY option is to reach out to the BBB and ask for help. PLEASE HELP ME.
