    I called and canceled the product subscription on 4/4/2023. Their records acknowledge this; however, they now indicate that on 4/20/2023, I received a lower subscription plan. The products in this subscription are accepted for return or refund. This subscription scamming and you the customer is out of pocket. I have started a dispute with the funds through my CC but I'm less than confident that this result in a refund.

    This product was ordered by me, thinking it was a one time purchase, which later in an email from them I found out that they were going to send me this on a regular basis. So when I found this out I emailed them and asked them not to ship this to me that I didnt want this product and please cancel the shipment, which they did not. After calling today and talking to one of their employees, who was not helpful in the least, I found out that if you order this product they automatically sign you up for a regular subscription, which I did not know and was not explained to me on the order that I placed. She told me that I would not get my money back and that I would have to pay to send this back. I believe they are scamming people, by not letting them know that they are automatically signed up for a subscription to this product. The product cost $89.95 and Im not happy that I have lost that money and theyre even gonna make me pay to send this item back. Is there anyway that you can help me with my complaint and help me get my money back from them?
