      I filed a complaint with triple AAA on 07/07/2024 after their party intentionally hit my car. Claims representative ***** stated he was waiting for the report from police to place who was at fault. Report was ready on 07/15/2024. I sent a copy and emailed ***** and he will not tell me the process of company. Or when he will be handling the situation when the report places his client at fault. This matter is going into month and yet he doesnt wish to grant ********************** At will law.

      My car was totaled in December 2023 and as a result I'm owed a refund for payments made after. I was told it would be deposited to my account after I received the payout for my totaled car however they never refunded me, never canceled my policy and harassed me with collections calls. I want my refund deposited to the original payment method, policy properly updated and any collections removed.

      Applied to ACSC for home owner insurance and insurance on rental Property.Agent conferred with underwriter both property approved paid complete amount for rental property plus earthquake insurance. The asked for.photos and fire extinguisher in the back yard that is fenced and gated and locked the tenant had lobster trap for his buisness in *************. they were stacked and covered. Underwriter canceled policy. Said tenant was running buisness out of residence. NO. ***** transported and left at dock. No communication with myself or *******. Just a cancelation notice. My personL homeward also canceled they requested picture of my garage. Sent to agent via email. Same day i recieved a notice of cancelation. Thy are playing games with policy holders and not returning payments. Spoken insurance company's that they write policy to boost number and the cancel the policy. Iused to think acsc was reputable. NO. I have requested refund no response. They don't return calls. Home.owner insurance is mandatory per finance companies now I'm stuck until.I recieve refunds of down payments from both house splus earth quack insurance refund. California is hard enough to get insurance. Don't need company playing games

      When my son obtained a drivers permit, AAA asked me to submit paperwork to confirm that he would not be driving under this insurance. After completing the paperwork, AAA gave me proof of **************************** after three weeks they are stating that it isnt valid. I have continuously wasted time going in and out of the office to rectify this issue. They keep indicating there is an under writer issue and that paperwork was not submitted on time, leaving me with no car insurance to be able to transport to work.

      Let me start with 12:50 pm sat 102 temp .. I called AAA my 26ft travel trailer had a flat and the spare was not in good shape I requested a flat bed to tow me to a tire shop.. I wad told Velocity Towing would be there in 30 min I was called by Velocity representative asking for pictures of my rv the length I sent to him he then said we don't Have a flatbed big enough for your trailer I inquiries then why the pics he was rude and not helpful .... I called AAA back and was told they would dispatch again for a tire change Velocity then text me a msg saying they will there in 30 min .. 102 temp still 2pm comes I call AAA they said Velocity would be there in ************************************************************ 102 Temp with a flat tire . . They r rude they lie they are extremely unprofessional ... 4pm still no tow truck 4 hours they played games ..... AAA Has not responded leaving me on the side of road not checking they guaranteed they would call back I've spent money on gas and timeb

      I am absolutely astonished at the lack of service that is provided by AAA and I will be canceling my membership. At 9:50 CST my husband put in a call for roadside assistance as he was stranded on the side of the interstate and it was an unsafe location. That dispatch was not submitted by AAA. An hour later he called to check on progress and the same thing happened. The second dispatch was not completed. Another hour after he called and they went through a different process and contacted the home club to process his dispatch although he was in OK. During the third call he was told that a specific company was dispatched and he was given the tow companies name. He called the specified company and the company didnt have a dispatch from AAA. That tow company then called AAA and asked why he didnt have the dispatch and that he could have towed the vehicle because he saw him on the side of the interstate. The driver was not able to accept the dispatch because AAA simply did not do their job. The state patrol advised my husband at this point that he is not in a safe location and gave him and our dog a ride 17 miles to a hotel. I then called our home club to file a complaint and get a resolution as it had been 3 hours that he was stuck on the side of the interstate. The representative contacted the Oklahoma branch and was told a representative named ******** would call me within 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I followed up after not getting a call and I was again put on hold for another 20+ minutes. ***** was told that my husband and the driver had a miscommunication. That is absolutely FALSE. This is a AAA mess up and that is absolute. She made it clear that there were no trucks available and it would be $5/mile for a total of 17.8 miles and she would not be able to waive any fees. The vehicle is now unattended for 4+ hours with NO RESOLUTION and over $10,000 worth of personal property in it after making it clear he was unsafe. I want a full refund for their error.

      I have been a member 1979 I have had my homeowner with for 30 + years but that means nothing to you accept to just say "Thanks You're ---- yrs " I am just so ***et with all the calls I have made & all they do is hang up, hang up hang up ---------- I have ask for the phone number for HQ just may be I can get the answers I need & with respect & without hang *** They I will give this too me or the address which I had to get on my own. I had to call the Insurance Commission ask them for the phone to your HQ they gave 2 # which are not they go right back your very awful C.S I will never never call your C.S. again. I want to talk to someone upper management executive office to explain the changes and how these are going to effect me moving forward & the why I also want to talk with your underwriters I also was told that I can not. But I think that is something that should be available to me since it seams that they are the ones responsible or that is what little bit of info. I was able to get. If I not the the only other options you leave is to file a complaint with the Insurance Commission. Then I will get the info. I think you can't hang up or ignore them.

      On Wednesday July 10 I called AAA for a Tow , I'm an 11 year member and my family is a 45 year member. I told them I was stranded not in a safe or well lit place and they gave me an ETA of 45 minutes to an hour that was at 1:50 pm. After waiting over an hour and 45 minutes I called ti get an ETA update and was told it would likely be 4 hours before I get a tow. Unacceptable! I should've received the call from AAA and they failed miserably. I told them that I'd lock up my car and to reschedule for tomorrow at 9am and 10a. With the local tow company Stagecoach in ******* California. I got a call from Stagecoach at yesterday confirming the call time and waited only to find that AAA canceled the tow. I called only to be left on hold over an hour, dealing with uninformed representatives after uninformed representatives. I'm fed up with the substantered uncaring service...I've asked for a manager to escalate this matter and still it has not been handled. I was transferred to a representative who appeared to have a case of ********** and told me she was sick and couldn't speak...why are you answering my call. I demand that AAA deal with my issue and provide me the tow services I pay for as a member for more than 11 years.

A few weeks back the person I added used a tow and she verified through the AAA agent and the tow company that she won't be charged and they both said no she wasnt she's covered. Today 7-3 I got. a notice that i used more than 3 services and owe 100 PLEASE FIX THIS

      I attempted to file a claim for a tow. The Triple AAA took the information and were okay with the conditions. I asked them to get the car from the dealership from the *************** and ask for *****. I told them I won't be present and they were okay with it. They said to make sure the car is registered under my name and the salesperson to be present. I even told the company the thing and they accepted it. The tow company then called and went to the wrong department and I was told to go to the sales. They went to sales and didn't ask for *****. The salesperson didn't know who the car belonged to and they didn't ask for *****. They left and triple AAA told me that the car was getting traded in. Which was not true and didn't ask for *****. I told a triple AAA agent that I will be making a report. They told me they don't have to explain anything to anybody. I spoke to the supervisor and they were making more issues for me by making me jump through hoops and taking privileges away. They are now making me be present even when the car is under my name.
