    Dekra-Lite can only be described as a s*** show riddled with incompetent leadership, pervasive bullying, and shameless favoritism. It's a narrative that underscores the peril of a "good ol boys club" mentality, where meritocracy is a foreign concept and experience outside the company is non-existent.Bullying isn't just tolerated at Dekra-Lite; it's actively encouraged. Those in positions of authority use their power to intimidate and demean others, creating a hostile environment where speaking out is met with retribution. The owner himself is notorious for his bullying tactics, openly humiliating employees in front of their peers and quashing any dissent with an iron fist. All this while cruising around in his scooter trying to play it off with a funny dad attitude- its all a front. I witnessed talented colleagues driven to the brink by relentless harassment, ultimately resigning themselves to defeat and doing the bare minimum just to keep the peace. The dysfunction extends to the highest levels of leadership, with the sales director and manager serving as prime examples of ineptitude. The sales director's incompetence is an open secret within the company, his frequent gaffes and forgetfulness earning him the dubious title of "office joke" and employees opening referring to him as a buffoon. The nepotism at Dekra-Lite is nothing short of egregious. Despite claims of financial hardship and layoffs, the company miraculously finds room to accommodate the hiring of relatives, with the sales director's daughter being the most glaring example. This blatant favoritism not only undermines morale but also erodes any semblance of trust in the company's leadership.
