I bought a (NEW) ********** from a friend that's under warranty this year. I contacted the company to advise their was an issue. First they had me attempt to fix it myself which made the issue worse. After I told them what they had me doing to the machine wasn't getting any better, I was told they were going to replace an arm on it (*****), then they said they were going to replace the whole machine, then they said they would have someone come out and try ti fix it and then maybe replace the machine. Now they are not answering/returning any of my calls.

This complaint is invalid as he bought our lathe second hand form the original buyer 7 months after we sold, the guarantee is 6 months, you can see on our website. He should have used the manual, but he just took it apart and can't put it back together,

Our Tech info line could not make him understand, the original buyer than requested and our company Seam Lathes *** agreed to exchange the lathes, the lathe was sent on 14th Dec2022, to track roadrunnerfreight.com    number 483762886.

The delay was due his insistence that he will return when he gets our lathe at his place which we did not agree, as we have no invoice on him. Our reputation counts
