    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tom Ferry **************** concerning their unethical and unfair cancellation policy.I recently decided to cancel my coaching service with Tom Ferry due to a new professional opportunity. However, upon contacting their customer service to cancel my contract, I was informed that I must pay the remaining balance of $6,320 for services that I will not receive. According to their contract, they require the full payment upon cancellation, which I believe is both unreasonable and unethical.Furthermore, the customer service representative sent me an email threatening to charge me collection and legal fees if I do not pay the remaining balance. I find this practice to be coercive and unjust. It is not right to charge customers for services that will not be rendered, and the additional threat of legal action exacerbates the situation.I need help from the Better Business Bureau to address this issue. I request that Tom Ferry **************** be required to amend their cancellation policy to be fair and ethical, ensuring that customers are not unfairly charged for services not received. Additionally, I ask for your immediate intervention to resolve my case without the imposition of the remaining balance or any additional fees.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     after reading a few of the reviews people had left for this company, i wanted to jump in an give my expierence (which THANKS GOD I didnt signed up for his services)I signed up for the free couching and when I did, they told me it was going to be 1 hour 45 mins of coaching and then 15 min price discussion. I had mine yesterday, or at least had it scheduled. Someone called me and the call was for less than 15 minutes just to discuss prices, no coaching or anything and then he said he will send me an email.. which I am still waiting for that email he said he was going to send me. When I told him, I dont like commitments for one year without testing a service (because ive made some wrong decisions in my career with purchasing services), he came with this stupid comment/answer but you do like to make people get into a mortgage commitment for 30 years, right? how ignorant can this comment be ohh and then he rudly hang up the phone on me. Ive heard so many good things about Tom Ferry too, and now I am taking longer to take decisions that includes money and long commitments, but to be honest, with this call and few comments i read, it opened my eyes way before even thinking about it
