    I PURCHASED A MOBILE HOME IN FEB OF 2024. IN APRIL I EMAILED ****** THAT A PIECE OF FLOORING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE REPLIED THAT THAT SORT OF THING NEEDED TO BE REPORTED RIGHT AWAY I ALSO SENT HIM A PICTURE OF THE **** BEHIND THE TOILET THAT NEEDED TO BE CAULKED/PAINTED. HE CLAIMED THAT HE DIDNT RECEIVE. I RESENT. HE WAS RUDE AND SAID THAT HE WOULDN'T KNOW IF THE SERVICE PEOPLE CONTACTED ME OR NOT. HE SAID HE WOULD FOLLOW UP LAST FRIDAY HE SAID THE REPAIR PERSON WAS OUT SICK AND HE WOULD FOLLOW-UP - I TEXTED HIM TODAY AS I NOTICED THAT WOOD ON THE ***** PORCH RAILING NEEDS PAINT HE SAID HE WAS DRIVING AND WOULD CALL - I DOUBT THAT HE HAS DONE ANYTHING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I HAVE OWNED A MOBILE HOME IN THE PAST AND HAD 1 YEAR TO REPORT ANY ISSUES

    Hello ******, my name is ********************* and I am the sales manager and vice president with Galaxy Homes. I also replied to the ****** review that you left us. I would love to be able to speak with you about your issues and why you are unhappy, and I will do whatever I can to assist. Sounds like these issues you are having are factory issues so they need to be put into the factory service department. The factory is separate from Galaxy Homes. We are the dealer that sold the home, but we are not the ones who built the home. Please give me a call tomorrow at ************. Again my name is *********************.
