This company is about 8 months behind on sending out bills and when they do, they attach a note saying the account is delinquent and will be sent to collections. They sent me my first and only bill in September for a service back in November. I cannot pay on time when they do not send out. When you try and call, you get a 5 minute voicemail message telling all the things they cannot do for you and that your only option is to go online. This company offers terrible service
