    AWFUL!Have closed several loans before and never anything like this.Closing delayed, documents in "junk" folder, last minute inane requests. Not answering phone.Forcing us to buy a new insurance policy the day of closing due to two names on policy.DO NOT USE - headaches wont be worth it.

    **** took over my refinance that had been dragging on for over a month and within 4 days he processed my loan and had an assessor on the way. He was quick in his communication with me and clearly new his business very well. He is a complete professional that saved me from a disastrous refinance. He said Id have my cash in hand 2 to 3 weeks and it was in my bank in a short two weeks. If you do business with ****, be prepared to be amazed.
