om 1-8-2025 I spoke with ***** at ************* though I think the business advertises under various names. I told her I only needed insurance temporarily to register a motorcycle I was about to sell. I asked her if it was okay. She said yes. I asked her how much money I would get back. She said it would be pro-rated. I even said there seems to be a 100 dollar minimum fee and she said no, it would be pro-rated. When I cancelled I got most of money back on policy which is great. She DID NOT EVER tell me of a non-refundable agent fee of $265. On the document I have attached (and this doc i never received a hard copy of until today, it does state broker fee is $265 and it is or is not refundable as circled, but nothing is circled. Also, the document s signed 9-1-2025, months from now. I Documents themselves are confusing with several different company names attached, DairyLand, ******, Buy-Online Insurance *************

I had an existing SR22 policy with Dairyland insurance I received a text messages stating my policy with dairlyland needed paid to call this number and I did, when I called the person who answered identified himself as ****** ******* and advised me that my policy has lapsed today and I needed to pay it, ****** took payments as follows ****** to Cross country ****** to Dairyland ***** to Dairyland and ****** to cross country when realizing the amount I called them back asking why all this money was took out they told me it was reinstatement fees and ect, I called Dairyland directly through their website number and the dairyland representative advised me the only thing they needed were the payments made to them they dont know this cross country business or why they charged me 280 to reinstate and existing policy when trying to get a answer as to why they charged me ****** cross country began to hang up on me and become very unprofessional and cancelled my insurance policy even though I only wanted the fraudulent ****** refunded. Dairyland has been made aware of cross country through our calls and is escalating it.
