This company is truly special. I'm in hard times and they were able to take care of me. I was able to pay a week later. They totally understood. They did the full job right there and then got my plumbing up and running. Thank you, orange coast. Thank you technician *****. I will be telling friends and family about you guys.Review from Elizabeth M

Watch out for these guys! I had a pretty run-of-the-mill problem with a clogged kitchen sink, and next thing you know they are insisting that I need main line work (to the tune of $7500), pressured me to schedule the work in the next day or two. And the initial snaking they did actually made the problem worse -- I ended up with a clogged up bathroom tub too! Thank goodness I got another opinion -- the second ******* did a basic snaking of the kitchen line for a couple hundred dollars, and I've had no trouble since. Be careful too when signing anything on OC Plumbing's electronic tablet -- at one point, there was a blank screen that I too hurriedly signed, and despite multiple back-and-forth with the *******, the only way I could clear up the problem was to contest the charge with my credit card company (which sided with me right away.) OC Plumbing is crooked to the core, taking advantage of the difficult situation of having a line clogged. There are much better, honest options locally.Review from Dolores C

I have gone through a lot with my plumbing throughout the years, and I think it's finally time that I can share my honest gratitude towards Orange Coast Plumbing. They have been with me every step of the way they even helped me with pricing for the bigger projects I had to do. I am very grateful to have met this company.Review from John M

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this air conditioning repair company. When I requested them to fix my malfunctioning air conditioner, they assured me that it would be resolved by sealing the gas leak and recharging it. I reluctantly paid nearly $1200 for the gas and labor charges. To my dismay, the air conditioner stopped working again on the very same day. When I reached out to them once more, they had the audacity to tell me that it would cost an additional $500-$600 just to recheck for leaks, and if they found any, they estimated another $1000 for the actual repair. It is utterly unacceptable that they failed to fix the issue properly the first time, and now they expect me to pay even more for their incompetence.I have lost all faith in their reliability and expertise. Their lack of transparency with the initial repair cost and their failure to provide a lasting solution have left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I will never consider using their services again and will be looking for a reputable company to handle my air conditioning needs in the future.Review from Norma M.

Orange coast plumbing technician informed me that I have a leak on the line going from my ice maker to the water line and it will cost $688 to replace the line . I was offered around $25 off due of being a senior. I agreed gave him my signature to do the job . I had to call the company 3 times for the same issue after I thought the line was replaced . The last time I called them the lady who answered the phone decided to send a different technician. I called my nephew a contractor for the army to witness the third service call . We found out after talking to the third technician no line was replaced all that was done is the line was snipped where the leak was and attached with some type of a metal connector and the line being old kept on cracking . My nephew asked why was she charged $688 , he answered I do not know I was not here I all I noticed the only thing the previous technician did was he changed the shut off valve and sniped the leaky part of water line and mend the line with a connector no new line was replaced . He also said to finish and do the job right we need $479 more for the copper line . My nephew asked what was the &688 for that she paid his reply was to get in touch with the supervisor **** because he does not know . He left after my nephew told him you can not take advantage of people with limited income . I agreed to pay the $688 for replacing the water line not to mend it . No one from the company called to fix the concern . My nephew removed the leaky line completely and shut off the water line so I do not have leaks anymore . I am out $655 ( after the senior discount ) for undone job only shut off valve replaced . Need to be fair and honest charge me for the shut off valve and to Reimburse me the balance of my limited income money . Ps and the first technician could keep the decent tip I gave him I trusted him . Big mistake .Orange Coast Plumbing Response

Not sure what the confusion is after reading the invoices. Customer states one valve was replaced when there was more than one valve replaced and reconfigured. Also reviewing the invoices it clearly states to replace the line and customer declined. Also we returned for a second leak different than the first one and didn't even charge you for the repair. We want to help you anyway we can but we do not feel we tried to take advantage of the situation.Customer Response

I do not believe your company still trying to cover their fraud invoice . I never saw an invoice or what the technician wrote . For the last time I am replying to your comment . When I called regarding the leak your technician looked around checked the leak and asked me if I have an ice maker I said yes then he asked do you use the ice maker I said yes then opened cabinet under sink looked around and said to me the leak is coming from the line that connected to your ice maker I asked how much does it cost to replace he said just give a minute he left the kitchen went to his truck came back with $688 to replace the line and he went on if I decide to have him do the job he will give a senior discount to $655. I did not say anything more I said go ahead and fix it , he handed his tablet and asked for my signature I asked what I am signing he answered that you are allowing me to do the work . He went outside and asked which way to go under the mobile home I showed him and I went inside and left him to do his job . He went back in and told me he is replacing the valve under the sink just in case the line leaks again I said why should it leak again if you are replacing the line he said nothing is guaranteed. Sign #one that there is something wrong with this answer . When he was done I gave him a decent tip and thanked and he left . I called your company twice after that for same issue the same leak . The same technician came twice for the same problem I called the first time . Finally my third phone call a new guy came to check the problem by that time i needed a person who is knowledgeable with this type of repair I called my nephew who is a contractor for the US army to come and watch whats going on . Thats when the truth surfaced he told my nephew no line was replaced the only thing that was done is the line was sniped where the leak was and connected together with a connector and because the line is so old kept cracking all over again - my nephew asked again what was the $655 he charged her for he replied sir I do not know I was not here you need to call the supervisor **** and talk to him and if she wants the job done right I need $478 to replace the line thats when my nephew told stop what your donning and leave . My nephew went to ********** bought a copper line went under the home and replaced it . It cost $24.99 for the copper line and 20 minutes to replace . You mentioned in your reply the shut off valve I never denied that he replaced the valve when he suggested to replace the valve was not the problem he was suppose to fix he was called to fix the leaky line why would I decline fixing the line if that was reason for the call . Are you people real you are trying so hard to cover the fraudulent repair . I am on a fixed income you took advantage off unfortunately I am to blame to that I did not get a second opinion. All I asked your company to do is the right thing to charge me for the valve he replaced and Reimburse me the balance plus the tip I gave him . Once again shame on you instead of owning the mistake that was done your company is finding excuses to cover up .
