    I am a 60 year old & disabled recovering from 2 Heart Attacks, Brain aneurism and a blood Clot on my lungs. I am on Social Security monthly FIXED INCOME which ********************* is aware of. To move into the property I paid $1150 Deposited, first month $1150 Also a non refundable $1150 on top that ******************** put in her pocket . Late fees were $300 - $350 applied anyway after the 1st I was offered to renew my lease, decided not to due being happy living on the second floor after I was shown a downstairs apartment. With my conditions the landlord move me in an upstairs apartment with unstable stairway. Were every time I go up and down the stairs felt I can seriously injury myself. I did not comfortable to renew my lease. When I decided not to renew the lease the landlord told me that I would have to pay one month rent $1150 plus a half month rent of $575 Total $1725 after not renewing the lease. First month no penalties second month a random extra $25 after when I mention how will be able to give you $1725 a month. I was advised by my doctor not to move because I was under medical treatment for my brain Aneurysm. I told my landlord ********************* about my upcoming appointment without a 60 days notice I was forced to move out with no where to go now my things are setting in a U-Hull paying $29 a day and now where to live right now waiting on new application for new apartment approval. This is no place to live ******************** is taking everyone money. She only work with people who has bad credit, and evictions this is how she able to find anything wrong and than kick out with no where to go then take your deposit.
